My first appointment after lock down and, as usual, great service, lovely staff and excellent colour and cut. They have worked very hard to put all safety measures in place.
Anne and Paul helped by Emma and Liam run a lovely business. I never really know what I want when I go in. 5 to 10 minutes of discussing the things that are wrong or what I'm not happy with. An idea forms in their mind of what the end result needs. They start with a lovely hair wash and then the cut. The end result is always fabulous. I always go back.
You always receive a friendly welcome here. I have been coming to Frances Anne for many years now and have been pleased with the advice, cuts and highlights I have had. Anne knows my hair well and I am guaranteed a quality service with each visit.
