She put me at ease straight away, talking me through the whole process and explained what to expect as my lips healed. The most friendly, professional service I have ever had in the beauty industry! All the treatments I have had done with Philippa have been incredible. My skin has never felt so good (dermapen facial), and my lashes and brows look amazing! The after care is also second to none, something I feel lacks elsewhere.
