I had such a lovely experience having my hair done my Shannon! Was just like having a good old chat with a friend even tho we only just met! She was so helpful and great at explaining what she had in mind for my hair once I had shown her the photo of what I wanted. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and I couldn’t have had a better time! Also I absolutely love my hair and she told me ways to kook after it as I work outside and gave me tips and tricks! I would highly highly recommend Shannon and also everyone seemed so lovely there and it was a lovely vibe! 100% will be back for a top up 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Great experience and excellent service. Philippa is very professional and takes pride in her work. From the moment you sit down and start the process you feel you are in great hands and feel very confident that she will do a great job. So relaxing I nearly nodded off. Highly recommended her. And love the hand massage at the end too.

It was my first trip to Melanie Brown salon today where I had my hair cut very short by Shannon and I can't praise her - and the salon - enough. She listened to my requirements, communicated clearly and gave me an excellent cut. The salon was also stylish and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

I had an appointment to get HD brows, it was very relaxing and I was talked through what was best for my face and eyebrow structure, very knowledgeable! I felt very relaxed in the lovely clean room with calm music playing and the appointment flew past. Will definitely book again
