Jade was absolutely phenomenal! I showed her what I liked, and she created a cut that perfectly complemented my hair type, face, and style. I honestly can't rate her highly enough and am so happy I've found her!

I got the best blow dry at Elem Guildford today. Katarzyna provided me with a very relaxing neck and shoulder massage before washing my hair. She did a great job with the style and it looks very shiny and smooth. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere of the salon is very nice. Love the place and highly recommend. Thank you again for the amazing time!

such a lovely experience at Elem! The salon is beautiful, and staff always welcoming. Danny and the team are really friendly, I was offered a glass of Prosecco and talked through what I wanted. Danny is brilliant and made my hair wishes come true 🌟 would recommend highly!

I loved every minute of my experience with Jade today. She talked through what I wanted to be done with my hair and listened throughout. She was super friendly, communicative, and is a natural at what she does. I am so pleased with the colour of my hair now, and she even helped trim the ends, which has made such a difference. I would recommend her to everyone, and I hope to revisit soon.
