Had my first appointment with Elizabeth and I was so impressed! The salon is beautiful, a perfect hidden gem as it’s not right on the street so I didn’t even know it was there! Elizabeth put me at ease straight away, kind approachable and so knowledgeable. I will definitely now be a regular client :)

Elizabeth's attention to detail in the lovely decor of the salon which feels like a retreat, to the clients treatments are what sets this place appart from other salons I have been to. After a manicure or pedi, she even wraps the emery sticks / tools used and gives them to you to continue using at home ( they last for ages but she uses new ones for each client for cleanliness)

I get all my fillers and botox done by Charlotte who is professional and affordable and made me feel really comfortable. Beauty by Design is pristine and there is a relaxed feel as soon as you walk in. Elizabeth makes everyone welcome.

Attended Beauty by design - 05/05/2023 for nails and eyebrow tinting prior to my wedding the next day. Lil was professional, kind, very bubbly and made everyone feel relaxed. Had a facial prior to eyebrows being done which was thorough and relaxing. Had eyebrow tint which was fab. Bridal make up done on the 6th May 2023 - Lil attended my sister in laws house - Bride, Bridesmaid, Sister in law, mother in law, friends make up was attended to. Moisturised, application of foundation, eye shadow, blush, mascara applied and setting spray. Make up was floorless, lasted all day. Went for the natural look with highlighted eye area which was stunning. All who received make up application were very happy with the result based on guidance and recommendation. Last minute touch ups were done prior to leaving. Overall experience would definitely give a 10 out of 10, thank you so much xx Vicki
