Really friendly and welcoming well run business in my opinion. All the staff seemed to really enjoy there jobs. Great coffee...well worth the money for the experience. My hair feels fantastic. I received a full consultation prior to my appointment....left feeling great. Highly recommended

Fantastic hair salon. All the team are lovely and so welcoming. A visit to Lord is as good as trip to the Spa! Tom and Renata always do an excellent job with my hair. Could not recommend enough, one very happy customer.

Pam has been doing my hair for years. I go every 4 weeks and each visit she inspires me with new things. Whether it's a new approach to my hair colour, growing it differently or recommendations. She knows I love the head massage when rinsing, and personally ensures I'm not disappointed. Great salon, friendly atmosphere, staff are lovely.

Highly recommend! I had Jess colour my hair and we went through what I wanted - my natural colour with a touch of warmth, and she absolutely nailed it! Alex also totally understood what I wanted from the cut and did an amazing job. Very happy with the results.

Yesterday was my third visit...what can I say. As ever, everyone was amazing! From the moment you step through the door you are treated like a friend. Alex is fantastic, she makes you feel calm and listens to your suggestions adding her own so you get the best experience.
