Caroline is an excellent hairdresser, I have very thick hair, curly in one part and straight in others! Caroline renovated my hairstyle, my self confidence and listened to what I wanted and explained why my hair was in the state that it was. I would highly recommend Caroline, her expertise and knowledge. She is also a lovely person and it is a pleasure to go to her salon.

My experience at Refresh Hair Salon was second to none, and probably the best visit to a hair stylist I've had in a VERY long time! As a "cut my own hair" type of person, I have struggled to find a salon that I can come out of with no issues but I think I've found it! I immensely enjoyed the home from home/family experience as well. Caroline was warm and friendly, she walked through my hair history with me, asked how I style my hair on a normal day, and for special events to get the best picture of where I wanted to go with my hair. I came armed with Pinterest pictures (of course) but let her experience dictate the rest. Caroline has not disappointed at all! I went in with almost waist length hair, and walked out with it perfectly shoulder length. Just what I wanted! I will definitely be returning once my hair has grown out and I can get booked in for a perm! 11/10 would definitely recommend to a friend!

The directions on the website were very clear and it was so easy to find Refresh Salon. Caroline’s welcome and friendliness immediately put me at ease. My hair was assessed in depth while Caroline asked me questions about it and offered advice which was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and Caroline ensured I was comfortable at every stage. I had a wash, cut, blow dry and colour to blend the grey roots, I’m thrilled with the result. Refresh lives up to its name and I had time and care spent on my hair which now feels amazing and I feel better for the experience, thank you Caroline.

I left Caroline's salon today feeling like a new woman. From our very first chat Caroline explained exactly what she would like to do to my hair and why. Stuck in a rut with hair that needed a root touch up every few weeks that I had been managing at home, I was completely open to what she suggested. It was so refreshing to have a stylist advising on what colour and style I should be going for instead of the usual ' what would you like doing today' question. Caroline is so warm and welcoming and instantly put me at ease. I never doubted her abilities but I was completely blown away with the result. She is a true professional, incredibly talented and genuinely interested in making you feel and look your best.

What can I say? Superb experience! Caroline is extremely skilful and takes the time to understand exactly what we need. Her salon is a calm and intimist space. The perfect place to relax and be pampered. My hair was so tired and lifeless. Caroline managed to bring my curls back to life and now my hair shows up my personality. It has been years since I last felt so happy about the colouring and hair styling from a salon! Thoroughly recommend! Thank you, Caroline!
