Emily is brilliant - very chatty and friendly. She is very calm and kind with her waxing. Patient and goes at your own pace with the waxing. The sun-bed machines are brilliantly super well priced and have great sachets of tan and bottles if you prefer.

After cancelling an appointment at short notice last year, Emily let me know that I would have to pay in full when booking next time. I did this and my appointment was booked without issue. Turned up at the agreed time and Emily was polite and welcoming and we got to business! Stunning attention to detail and explained the use of her e-file and other items that were new to me! She followed my vision and helped me pick colours, styles and lengths that were suitable for me and I'm so happy with the results! I've had so many compliments and have recommended her to everyone!
