The BEST BRAIDING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I made an appointment the night before and got lucky to find an opening. Annabelle was waiting for me, and she called to make sure I could find the salon. She washed my hair so well and blow dried it and then she did waist-length knotless braids in 3.5 hours! 🙌🏾🙌🏾 she was gentle, polite and very professional. I will absolutely be back!

I’ve been coming to this salon for years, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I’m very particular about my hair, and they always make sure to accommodate my needs. The manager really listen and take her time to get the style just right, whether it’s the size of my braids or the way I want them styled i.e. knotless. The atmosphere is always relaxed and welcoming. I trust them completely with my hair, and every time I leave, I feel brand new and always receive compliments on my braids. If you want quality, care, and professionalism, this salon is where you need to be!

All the stars I have to give are here and are awarded to Woody, who did a wonderful job with a very silly request of mine and delivered a haircut that I am incredibly happy with! A delightful experience all in all, with a lovely salon team, a great cup of coffee on a Saturday morning and a definite promise to return. Highly recommend!

My first visit with Elsa Luxe - really lovely staff, nice decor, really welcoming and friendly. My manicure's usually only last a few days as my nails quite thin, but this manicure lasted over a week! Looking forward to making this my weekly treat. Really recommend.

The receptionist Anna is so polite, giving me very helpful tips of what treatment to do. She made me feel comfortable. I feel her support gave me confidence. And the stylist Evonne was so good at her job. I love the style she cut. I felt wonderful during and after treatment. My hair looks lovely. I have never enjoy hair styling experience but they changed this. The salon is brand new, so clean and lovely. I want everyone to make time to try it out. The cost is really competitive locally compared to others salons in the area. Come to check it out. I cannot recommend enough.

I got a facial with my full body massage (including my toes). The ambiance inside the spa is so serene and relaxing as well. I'm definitely coming back at least once a month to take care of myself. The best haircut I’ve ever had! Carolina had a thorough conversation with me before doing anything about what I want and she gave me honest advice as well. She made me feel very comfortable and gave me the exact haircut we agreed on. I walked away happy and feeling confident with my new haircut for the first time in my life! The price was also fair and there were no extra charges at all for my long hair. 10/10 recommend and will come back again!

Damion's haircuts and colours are amazing. So professional and great to chat to. Would have given 5 stars except that the salon is getting run down. Freezing today and the coffee machine is broken. Such a shame to see such a great place not being looked after and going down hill.

My schedule changed and I was having to use different beauty therapists in the area, no one came close! She’s open Wednesday - Saturday 11am- 6pm. If you’re looking for a treatment I can’t recommend her enough.
