Henna is lovely, kind and a true colourist! I recently had a full head of bleach done by a previous stylist and needed my roots done. I have never trusted anyone else with my hair, but was referred to Henna. She did not disappoint! Henna was super open & kind to speak to me, during an informal consultation, where she understood what I wanted and crafted a perfectly matched lift colour for my roots without bleach! I’m so happy with the turnout and will definitely be coming back! Thankyou!! 🌸❤️

I went to the salon for my haircut. Henna is so kind, and professional as she carefully listens to what you want and she advises you based on what she thinks as your hairdresser. My hair was pretty long and I was scared to have it cut as very short, though Henna did an amazing job and I cannot be happier with my haircut result. I add photos of the before and after, so you can see how it looks. I believe I found my regular hairdresser eventually 😊 Thanks Henna 🙏

The best hairdresser I have EVER had. Andri listens and executes every time. I absolutely love having my hair done and always make sure I'm going somewhere because the job she does is so fab, I need to make sure I am taking my new hair out after! She makes it a lovely, easy and pleasurable experience. No request is too much and this really goes a long way. I cannot recommend Andri more!

Moving to another country and finding a specialist in blonde hair is very difficult. I was so afraid of ruining my hair and I couldn't say at all what I wanted because I didn't know the language at all. But passing by the Urbanroots salon I felt that they would help me, I didn't doubt for a second. Thanks to my wonderful hairdresser Andri, she chose the right dyes the first time. She worked with my hair very carefully, gently, after the haircut my hair was in excellent condition, alive and growing very quickly. Just a wonderful master! My hair became better, more alive, but this is the most important thing Andri became my friend, support, faith. When I was about to give up, when I had no strength, when I wanted to give up again and again. She believed in me, supported me, and always with a positive attitude and a smile, with empathy ... And as a relaxation therapy, a head massage, it's amazing. LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Trust me, if you want people who listen to you and understand you come here. I became a new client here after my previous hair dresser retired. I had a lot of anxiety over who was going to be my new hairdresser as I am thick curly hair girl who values natural hair and protecting and emphasising curls. The staff here are so friendly and lovely and they made me feel welcome. Ren did my hair so amazing, she gave me beautiful bouncy layers everywhere and loads of amazing eye catching volume, its everything I wanted in a hair cut. Curly hair girls trust me they will look after you here. ❤️

Been coming to Elysium for maybe 18 years and Liza who does my hair has never done a bad Cut or Colour, she listens to what I want and does exactly that. My daughters also get their hairs done there and are happy. All the girls are friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I had a hydro facial done, and I felt absolutely amazing afterward! I didn’t expect to come out feeling so relaxed, but the entire experience was soothing and refreshing. My skin felt deeply cleansed, hydrated, and glowing. Nejla (apologies if I’ve misspelled your name) was fantastic, professional, gentle, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-quality facial!

I have been a long time customer of Elysia’s and would never go anywhere else! Elysia consistently demonstrates a professional dedication to her work and always works to the best of her ability to provide an immaculate service. As soon as you walk into the salon, you are greeted like a long time friend, offered a warm drink and the opportunity to discuss your hair goals. Elysia does not embellish the truth and will let you know if your goals are unattainable at the present time. Her concern for the health of your hair is pleasing and her attention to detail is second to none. She makes sure to listen to your worries and desires and alters her range of techniques in order to suit the objective, which is unfailingly professional and impressive. I am completely shocked at the lonesome 1-star review, as it is not in any way a reflection of the service provided at Elysia Valentina Hair Studio. I am convinced that this person has reviewed the wrong hair salon.

Adeline is very warm and knowledgeable about natural hair. Having avoided salons for over 10 years due to mistrust about how well I would be treated, Adeline's salon was such a treasure to find! Wish I had known about her 10 years ago! Staff are so lovely and professional and most importantly gentle with my hair. 3 months ago I went to visit my mom who's local to the area. Randomly passing by this salon was a blessing for me. Not only do they carry and use in the salon one of my favourite good hair product brands, but Stella gave me such a wonderful haircut and style, I was super pleased and my hair refreshed. I also had a Nashi treatment which did wonders to my dried out thick head of hair. I had another great haircut from Stella yesterday and wholeheartedly, passionately recommended this salon highly. Very professional, friendly, an amazing and relaxing experience 😊❤️

Great job. I came in with shoulder length hair, I had previously cut it myself and it looked quite untidy. However the two gentlemen worked hard to give me a very tidy professional looking cut, I even told them it’s the tidiest my hair has ever looked. They also straightened my hair for me which was nice. My hair looks great. They also gave me some advice on wedding hairstyles and skincare as I told them my wedding was in 3 months. They offered me a drink while working on my hair. Very good. 👍
