Camilla is a total gem! I’ve had her at Headmasters several times and she is consistently wonderful - she takes time to listen and never assumes, checks in regularly to ensure that you’re happy, and does an amazing colour. She did a blow dry for me that lasted an incredibly long time, and looked amazing. Delighted to have a great hairdresser in a convenient location with a nice vibe.

I’ve had my hair cut and dyed by Antonio a few times now and he always listens to what I want and delivers amazing results! He explains what he’s doing and shows me how to blow-dry and look after my hair - he clearly really cares about his work and clients and I couldn’t recommend him more.

Just wanted to share my wonderful experience from my appointment yesterday at the salon. I couldn't be happier with the results and the incredible kindness I received during my correction appointment from another branch. I went in for a correction balayage and face framing cut, Raphaela truly exceeded my expectations! She not only gave me a face framing cut but also trimmed and styled my hair beautifully, and went above and beyond to ensure I was thrilled with the outcome. I am so grateful for her dedication and expertise. My "mummy makeover" is finally complete, and the look I envisioned has come to life. I believe Raphaela deserves recognition for her outstanding work. She flawlessly styled my super curly hair, and I absolutely love the results. I’m so in love with her work, I booked her again in 2 months time 😁

I honestly can’t recommend Camila enough! She is such a lovely, bubbly person, and from the moment I sat in her chair, I knew I was in good hands. I actually arrived late because I put the wrong address in, and I was panicking, but even when I called to let them know, they were so lovely and understanding about it, which immediately put me at ease. I had a terrible experience at another salon that left my hair in a mess, so I was really nervous, but Camila reassured me every step of the way. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. Somehow, she managed to completely bring my vision to life—it literally looks like she copy and pasted my inspo picture! And considering the state my hair was in before, that was not an easy task. Her skill and attention to detail are just next level. Even the haircut itself was stunning, and I could tell from the way she worked that she has years of experience behind her. Beyond just being an incredible hairdresser, Camila made the whole experience so enjoyable. She was kind, chatty, and made me feel so comfortable throughout. I left the salon feeling amazing, and I know I’ll never go anywhere else again. I had visited this kiosk in Westfield recently on a whim when the manager asked if I wanted to try out their new laser iron. She was extremely professional and helpful and I ended up buying an iron for myself and then going back to buy one as a gift for a European relative. The manager was extremely nice and friendly and even showed me how to make it work with European outlets which I’m very grateful for. I definitely recommend going there. I have bought one of everything and each of their products are great value and definitely worth it. They’ve never let me down. Moreover it works for all hair types. (I have very thin fine hair whereas my sister has thick curly hair and my mum has wavy hair and the irons all work the same)

Got my hair cut here, was lucky to walk in and get an appointment. The hairdresser was fast and efficient with great attention to detail. The price was fair too, so I was very happy. I would come back again if working in the area and recommend the woman cutting hair here.

I booked on Treatwell because of their great reviews and I'm glad I did, because they took great care of my daughter who went in for highlights on 13/04/24. There was some confusion on my daughter's part about the process and Alexandra explained everything and made sure she was happy with the finished result. Her highlights are really good! I got my very first set of acrylic nails here! I was going on a trip to Greece in late September and wanted to treat myself to a set of acrylic nails. I got the acrylic nails with gel polish and the chrome add-on and the total came out to £65.00, and I prepaid online so there was no hassle when my nails were done, I just walked out the door. I had a very nice experience with my nail technician who made good conversation during the appointment. I got exactly what I requested. Though during the filing, I was noticing that it seemed like my skin around the cuticle and sides of my finger were getting sanded too and it was a bit uncomfortable and left the a bit agitated and slightly red for a couple days after. There was also excess acrylic on the underside of the nail that made it not smooth and a bit of a hinderance around the sides of the undersides of the nail that I wish she had filed away before the end of the appointment. However, the nails are still staying on pretty good for a month's grow-out time. (the attached photos are fresh out of the salon)

I am always a bit terrified going for haircuts because it ends up either getting too short or not voluminous enough. So my friend and i booked an appointment at Helen’s as it was rated amongst the best salons in our area. For the first time in a long time i left happy and satisfied after my haircut. Helen is super talented and understood my requirements and gave the best haircut i have had in years! She is highly professional and goes above and beyond for her customers! So this was my first time getting a haircut in London, and I did my research because I’m very specific about my hair. I came across Helen’s salon and the reviews were incredible! I took a leap of faith and booked my haircut appointment. Truly speaking Helen did an amazing job with my hair. She did exactly what I asked her and made sure I left with a big smile on my face! After struggling with a bad shoulder for several months, I decided to treat myself to a massage today and it was a game changer! Farah was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to understand my condition and what areas needed the most attention. Farah focused on my shoulder and surrounding areas, using gentle techniques to ease the tightness and pain. It was a perfect balance of pressure—firm enough to relieve tension but gentle enough to keep it comfortable. As the session progressed, I started to notice a significant decrease in pain and stiffness. The knots in my shoulder seemed to melt away, and by the end, I felt a remarkable improvement in my range of motion. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and optimistic about my recovery. I came in on time was seen more or less right away, receptionist is was friendly. I booked Grace today to do my relaxer retouch and my needs and preferences were a little different to most in regards to how I wanted it to end up looking. Grace did an amazing job. She's extra cautious and careful, isn't hard handed and she explains everything and is super friendly. I have been waiting a long time to come to this salon from abroad. I wear Hijab she even covered me with a separator incase any men come in. Defo will be back. Loved this place. Very calm place and everyone is very approachable and professional.

I have been going to House of Hair since May, it is the epitome of a luxury experience. All the stylists are very knowledgeable & very passionate about hair I have never had a question go unanswered, they recommend tools & products (even if they don’t sell it they will tell you where you can get it from). Overall just the vibe in the salon is amazing, just so fun & welcoming.

It was my first time at House of Hair uk . I booked on the day for a k bond removal as the person I was meant to see from another salon cancelled on me. They fit me in and they were able to take all my extensions out. I was anxious because i have a lot of hair and my natural hair was tangled but they were so gentle, they didn’t pull on my hair at all. Great experience! I’m definitely going back to get some extensions they looked great on the lady next to me! Love to the whole team xx

drove 1.5 hours for my appointment. i arrived half hour early and Ayanda got started early on my hair which was nice. had texture release and a trim from Grace. My hair never looked so healthy thank you Grace and that was the highlight of my appointment for me. I had 16’’flat strands and they worked really hard to color match for me and dye the hair . Ayanda and Grace started my flat strands and then it was finished by Jazzy. Due to all the hair coloring of course it got dry but then yaz trimmed it and face framed it, and it was much nicer feel!! I got there at 10:30am and left just after 6pm, was a long day but great experience. Was offered drinks and snacks multiple times.I bought a satin bonnet and a hairbrush and also a heat protector before leaving, sleep was not all that comfortable but i’m sure will get better. will definetly come back xx

My daughter got knot less long braids, she was extremely happy with the result. Her hair looked really nice. The service was good, staff seemed friendly. The shop could do with a lick of paint. It looks a bit rough particularly downstairs. Needs a little TLC and it would improve the whole experience.

3D Barbers have been my go-to barber for a year. I’ve been to all kinds of barbershops for the last few years. The fades are consistently exceptional, regardless of who you’re gonna get it from. The best price and the best haircuts, and you barely have to wait (yes, they’re busy) due to such a high number of staff.

Made a little change and visited Toni & Guy, and I’m so glad I did. Andre was truly wonderful—calm, gentle, and incredibly attentive. He listened carefully to what I had in mind, took his time to make sure everything was even, and explained each step with such care. It felt like I was in great hands from start to finish. Andre, new to the salon, came to the rescue when I wandered into the salon without an appointment, frazzled and with oil in my hair following a massage. He tripled shampooed to make sure the oil was cleaned out, made me a lovely coffee and completely turned my day around with his kindness and calmness. Thank you for being so patient while I whinged about my bad day - I left the salon feeling so much better and with fabulous hair.
