A fantastic experience from start to finish! Nana was attentive, constantly asking if I was happy with my cut, if I was comfortable. She explained what she was doing. I’ve been to Yana twice now. I took my son there to get his hair wash and blow dried as I was finding it difficult to manage. Yana was very welcoming and worked her magic. His hair has transformed. He had such a sore scalp previously and now he doesn’t feel a thing when I’m combing it! It’s a joy now. Thanks for all of your advice and knowledge you’ve given to the both of us to keep his hair beautiful x
