I cannot rate HiLite highly enough. Having been a client for 15 years, I have always received incredible care, wonderful service and a professional and kind welcome from every member of the team. Chloe is utterly incredible both as a stylist and colourist. Naz is a fantastic Manager with a professional and engaging approach to everyone who enters her salon. i would literally give 10 stars if i could! i loved everything about this salon. from the moment i walked in, everyone was so nice, they even offered me tea or coffee and took my jacket. the salon smelled beautiful and was super clean. i got my haircut from Chloe and oh my god, i hope she reads this. Chloe, i just want you to know i love you to the moon and back! honestly, im sure i’ll be coming back for my next haircut/colour, but even if i don’t, you will always be in my heart. you left such a good impression on me. she made me feel so comfortable, reassured me, and talked to me throughout the whole session. she gently washed my hair, and since my hair was super thick and long, she was so patient and sweet about it. she had to shampoo my hair three times, hand blow-dry it, it took so long and she did it all with so much care. they gave me so much service, and i was expecting to pay way more, but honestly, i was dumbfounded when it was only £35. i was actually shocked because, at other salons, i’ve paid so much more for way less. the price and service here are just unreal! everyone in the salon was incredibly nice. i walked in with so much insecurity and worry, but i left feeling so lighthearted. she gave me amazing advice on everything. i would 100% recommend this salon to everyone💞

Amazing service at hilite everyone is so professional and kind. Been coming here for 8 years plus and without fail they do an outstanding job each time! Cloe always does my hair and she is a perfectionist cannot fault at all❤️

Squeezed me in for highlights at the last minute after a recommendation, and Chloe came in early to accommodate. Great service and delighted with the results. Always a worry when you change colourist but already booked in for my next appointment in 8 weeks. Listened to what I wanted and advised on post colour care. Thank you! 😊
