This salon is amazing. First ever time here today,and Janie cut my hair in a way no other hairdresser has mastered. She listened to what I wanted and suggested what I could have. I have been visiting Heaven Sent for well over 10 years now, the owner Vicky has become a real good friend to me. I would definitely not go anywhere else for my eyebrow tint, shape & waxing. Since Vicky has been on maternity I have used Tillie who was trained by Vicky to meet all of her clients needs. Tillie is amazing! Lovely salon, lovely girls.

I have been a regular at Heaven Sent for over 10yrs now & wouldn’t go anywhere else. Vicky's energy, professionalism & quality of products is what keeps you going back but also how comfortable she makes you feel & having a good ole natter at the same time. I’m always so pleased with my eyebrows & waxing. Vick trained Tillie up whilst she went on maternity leave & between them both the salon has a dream team & slick operation. The salon is always so clean & Vick has such pride she’s always keeping it relevant & looking great. 5 stars from me :-) x

I have been using Vick for over 12 years now and I would NEVER go elsewhere. Not only is every treatment done with the highest quality products, its also done to such a high standard. The salon is beautiful and you can see they always show it love and attention. I'm always completely at ease with Vick and she trained Tilly really well so I am always happy to book with either! 10/10 and always lovely catching up when I'm in the salon.

I have been going to Heaven Sent for more years than I can remember. I would never let anyone else touch my eyebrows for waxing or tinting. Vicky is the BEST. Vicky is very professional but also super friendly. She makes you feel at happy and relaxed esp when you have intimate waxing done. Would 1000% recommend Heaven sent

Best haircut I have had in my entire life. Listens to what you need and not only cuts your hair but styles it to. Also helps you feel relaxed with items such as tea. Amazing

Bianca does such an amazing job every time, i have had my brows shaped, eyelashes tinted and laminated, manicure, pedicure and waxing (not all at the same time). And every single service is always spot on each time, I’ve never left feeling like something isn’t what i wanted. Would absolutely recommend to everyone as the team are lovely, welcoming and the shop is absolutely stunning ❤️

I had a pedicure and a facial done. Absolutely amazing service! From the moment I stepped in, they were very warm and friendly. Seating is very comfortable and spacious. They also have a cute little drinks menu with different teas. I loved it!

If you're looking for a place to feel well and truly pampered: The Lounge is the place for you. As you enter the salon, the impressive decor adds to the pampering experience. I opted for a pedicure and was very happy with the outcome. The attention that was paid to my feet matched the attention to detail that has been paid to the furnishings and fittings! I will definitely be heading to The Lounge again soon!

I have been going to Clipjoint for 30 years. They did my wedding hair. I've never had a bad cut. They are fantastic with my daughter who had special needs. Always welcoming and friendly. Well done.

Fantastic experience today. First time using the salon and my hair looks wonderful. Steve did an incredible job, was kind, chatty and nothing was too much work. My children were given squash and biscuits whilst waiting for me. The salon was friendly and I didn’t feel awkward and uncomfortable like I have in another local salon. Went to Suzie’s Beauty Bar for the 1st time for some waxing and so pleased I did! Suzie is extremely friendly and made me feel welcome. I was originally going in for threading but after Suzie checked my skin (due to medication I’m on) we agreed I would be ok with waxing so went for that instead and am so happy with the end result and have already booked my next appointment 😝 so would highly recommend 👍

5 STARS ALWAYS! I have come to The Salon Experience for years to have my hair coloured, cut and styled. Even though I have moved across the other side of London, I still make the effort to travel an hour and a half drive to see the girls at the salon! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my long hair :) Libby is fantastic and I have been coming to her for a very long time. Today, I had Lauren as Libby wasn’t working, and Lauren did not disappoint! Absolutely love my hair every time I leave the salon and always recommend to my friends. Thank you girls for being the best and looking after me and my long hair! ❤️

I can’t Recommend Hair Therapy enough, Jan is an incredible stylist with hair being her talent and art form. She has a complete eye for hair colouring and styling and completely transforms your hair without damaging it. My hair has never looked so healthy and natural. I feel so at home and welcome, and it’s a pleasure to visit Hair Therapy and for me worth a two hour travel.

Jan is amazing, she's so caring, most definitely knows what she's doing and is incredibly talented and kind. Always walk out with a big smile on my face! She absolutely nails a balayage. I've never been so in love with my hair. She is incredibly skilled, she works on multiple clients and still manages to make you feel like it's just you and her one on one! She saved my hair from a dodgy colour and cut and I've been going back to her ever since
