She went through everything with me making sure she understood what I liked and asked before she went ahead to trim anything, she also knew I was nervous about the length so she kept Showing me and reassuring me. I had a great hair appointment at Ace. I could park right outside the salon which is a complete bonus when it is raining outside. My hair was washed exactly as I requested and blow dried perfectly. I am always happy to return to Ace as I find them very efficient and yesterday I was in such a rush and they were able to accommodate me. I will definitely return.
