I was late to my appointment due to heavy traffic but the team was really understanding and was able to fit me in an hour later which gave me time to calm down after being in traffic. My technician was so friendly and knowledgeable, she put me at ease right away and I have already recommended Therapie to friends!
Lauren was absolutely amazing she was enthusiastic, friendly and comforting. This experience can be quiet daunting but the team at Bromley are so friendly you are in good hands! Amazing service and I can tell Lauren really cares about her clients beyond selling the service.
I’ve been going to this branch for a few years now, and I’ve always had a great experience: the staff are so sweet, polite and attentive; the prices are competitive; and most importantly, the care and treatments are excellent. My recent visit was no different— really great experience! :)
I have had Charlie as my laser hair lady for the whole course of my treatment and she has been AMAZING! She has answered every question I had and made me feel so comfortable! If you are thinking of ever getting this done I would recommend her 100%
