My colour appointment had to be changed last minute due to staff illness, so I met Stevie for the first time at my appointment. She was able to work out exactly what I'd talked about with Ayten at my consultation and we even worked out a plan together moving forwards. She was extremely knowledgeable and really friendly through my whole appointment. The salon was a calm, relaxing environment and I felt very welcomed and at ease. Thanks for a lovely experience!

Stevie was as friendly and professional, as ever. I was completely undecided about what to do with my hair and we had a good discussion about it. No steamrollering involved! Very happy.
