Every experience I have with Bupa is always top draw. There texts / emails to remind me of upcoming appointments is helpful, and upon attending at the clinic, the staff are always friendly and polite and makes what can be a stressful experience less so. Keep doing what you do Bupa Castleford.
Excellent service all the way through from booking the appointment to treatment from both the dentist and hygienist. I felt that they were both thorough and informative when explaining how to take care of my teeth and avoid future problems. Highly recommended.
Great service lovely staff! I trust my dentist Anna completely and as i have fear issues find her compassionate way of explaining and treating helps reduce my stress level. Debbie on reception and all the other ladies are so helpful and i appreciate them
