Pride came to convert my Mother's bathroom into a walk-in shower. From start to finish the whole experience was excellent. Great price, very friendly plumber who went above and beyond to look after my elderly Mother. They were very clean and tidy and can definitely recommend. This is the second time we have used them.

We suffered a leak on our boiler and called Pride for help with diagnosing and repairing. At every stage of our interaction with the company, whether it be on the phone with the office, or when the engineers were in our home, everybody was polite and courteous! I have used Pride Plumbing Services for a number of plumbing requirements over the last 10 Years. All the team that I have dealt with over the years have been fantastic, thorough, efficient and well priced. Most recently Ant arranged for Jacob to come round and fit a new boiler with a smart thermostat after our old one died. Tom has visited our property a number of times recently. A number of visits to give me very helpful advice. We recently had all of our central heating pipes cleaned and radiators flushed out. Nothing is too much trouble, today he fitted our brand new boiler at very short notice. He regularly took time out in a very busy day to talk me through progress. I have to admit he and his team are the very best I have ever met. He will be looking after our property for many years to come… well done!!! 👍🏻👍🏻😀

Tom & Jack have been great! They have done an amazing job with getting my heating system replaced and modernised, including the replacement of radiators & adding in Nest. They repiped the whole house for me as well! Tom kept me updated each step of the way and always gave me a call when a decision needed making. Noton replaced our gas boiler and upgraded three rads in one day, just before the snow came. Friendly, polite, reliable, efficient, competent and tidy service from Tom and the team and very pragmatic advice....and the same price as the online faceless companies but with more flexibility. Much rather give our money to a local firm to keep for this sort of job than have the big firms cream off their percentage.

Fantastic family company - their work is spot on, they are completely reliable, very friendly and always willing to help out if you have a problem or are worried about something. The other day we smelled oil in the cellar and they came round super promptly to check everything out. Thankfully nothing wrong with our tank or boiler so they suggested we check with our neighbours, and sure enough they had a leak. I recommend them to everyone!

When our pump for our central heating system failed 1 week before Christmas Liam at Prime Plumbing was amazing. He had to resite the heating pump due to accessibility issues and squeezed us into his busy schedule. They charged a fair price for the work but the speed at which they completed the work was truly amazing and most importantly the quality of the workmanship was of the highest standard. Great company and a great workman. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Dinner Managed to get a last-minute table for dinner. It's so popular and booked up way in advance. Don't know why we are telling people about here as it's hard enough to get in as it is. It would be easier to get a booking at a three ⭐️⭐️⭐️Michelin restaurant. Here's why it's so popular. Chef/ Owner George Bloor was named Best Chef in Derbyshire at the young age of 21. Now, having over ten years of experience cooking in Michelin, awarded kitchens around the country. Set up his first solo venture last year. This was our second visit, and it was just as good as the first time. From start to finish, the dishes were beautifully presented with a little bit of theatre too. The staff are young and well versed on the dishes they serve to the table. It's an absolutely stunning menu that changes with the seasons.

One of my favourite tasting menu experiences. The food was fun ! All perfectly cooked with ideal portion sizes. Loved our Christmas themed meal, the atmosphere and service was spot on. Staff were friendly and helpful without being over bearing. We liked small touches like a copy of the menu left on the table. Would 100% recommend even if your not totally into tasting menus you'll love this place !

Top quality service, would highly recommend. I enquired about an emergency call out as my boiler was unresponsive. They attended on the same day within a few hours, found the issue immediately and completed a full strip down service on my boiler. Very friendly, clean and professional. Great service from Shaun. He went above and beyond to fit me into his busy schedule and worked over a weekend to install a new boiler, plumb in the existing radiators, plus plumb in a new bathroom towel rail and linked up to the UFH that we'd installed. He's been very easy to communicate with both before and during the work - nothing seemed an issue for him in my requests! He's smart, makes good recommendations, and works diligently to get the job done to the highest standards. Couldn't recommend him highly enough. Oh, and an extra little thing that made a huge difference: as a single woman homeowner, I feel it's worth noting that he didn't "darlin" or "love" me once - just treated me with the respect anyone would deserve. It was appreciated!

Fantastic service - would highly recommend. We had an issue with the boiler tripping the electrics and Shaun knew immediately where the issue would be located. Had we not spoke to Shaun, because of where the problem was, it may have taken another plumber some finding! Despite his busy schedule, he very kindly worked a little longer that day to make sure it was repaired asap. We very much appreciate this, along with his professional and friendly approach. Fantastic job, professional clean and tidy from start to finish. Fitted a new tank in our airing cupboard and new boiler in the downstairs toilet.Took 3 days. The down stairs toilet was newly decorated a year before so he took great care working around this and I only need to do small repairs. I would highly recommend. Vincent also has an apprentice working with him who is also very friendly and professional, it was a pleasure having them here.

He quickly diagnosed the fault in the boiler, identified the needed part and managed to sort out the problem in few days. Tim has just completed 3 day's worth of work at the house I've recently moved into, which needed attention to almost every aspect of the heating & hot water systems, and the internal plumbing in general, as well as an undetermined penetrating damp issue. I could not be happier with all the work he's done for me! He quickly traced the damp issue to a cracked redundant water meter, identified some oddities with the supply to my house, & raised a service call with my water utilities provider on my behalf, providing extensive information to the provider which resulted in the source of issue being fully resolved on the same day! He also discovered my boiler to being a tad on the lethal side, & rearranged his schedule to accommodate sourcing a replacement & associated fittings, & installing it the following day. Further to this, he found & fixed a leak in the hot water, & gave it a full service. Lots of work to the sanitary ware fittings too - 2 new sets of basin taps replaced, another dribbly pair tweaked & fixed, a bath panel replaced, mixer tap & shower fitting installed, a bust outside tap replaced, & my integrated washing machine re-seated & no longer making a bid for freedom when on spin! I'm still stunned by how much high quality work he managed to get through in such a short time, by how quickly he was able to source parts & materials, how cleanly he worked, how well he explained to me all of the issues he found, & by his attention to detail. Tim could not have been more helpful! I'm totally satisfied that I've had brilliant value for money, & I'm genuinely looking forward to seeing Tim next year for my boiler service!

We called Tim in to replace the tap in our bathroom and he did a thorough job, clean tidy and professional. While he was here, we asked for advice about our aging boiler and he said he would do a bit of research and get back to us, which he did promptly. We wanted the boiler to fit in an existing cupboard, and to be hidden from view. Tim managed very well, despite a very tight working area and tolerances. He even modified the kitchen cupboard slightly to enable future servicing to take place. He always worked in a clean and tidy manner. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. All in all, we cannot recommend Tim highly enough, as he is thoroughly professional, and he will always be our first port of call for plumbing and heating needs.
