Lucky and Son fitted a 17ft (5m by 3m) by 10ft metal garage which required bolting to the ground. Also, the garage assembly required 100s of screws to be fitted. They provided a professional quality service, fitting the garage exceptionally, preceded by a quick prompt honest transparent quote. All this was carried out with humility and character. We had Premier Roofing to replace the flashing and repoint our chimney, the scaffolding people had to erect the scaffold befor they could start. The work went well a good team, the guys arrived on time did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Definitely recommend them, thanks guys.

Winter no problem. It was autumn when I began the search for a roofing company to replace my 1950's delapidated, leaky, broken ridge roof, with rotten felt and crumbling chimney. After other companies no shows, unreturned calls and ignored emails I found PRS. Premier Roofing Solutions were on the ball, Tom came and surveyed. No hard sell, he gave lots of options to consider and think over. A realisitc estimate arrived in a few days. I had thought about solar power, having a new roof seemed a good time to add one. Integrated panels, although a little more, resolved the bird and wind issues and saved on tiles! PRS had a busy schedule, but were able to fit us in back end of November 2024. Storm Daargh didnt help, but our roof was always left protected, the freezing cold didn't deter the team and it was pretty much safely completed on time. All paperwork/ inspections / certificates and applications, scalfolding/ skips, all sorted by them. They stripped the roof bare, brand new felt, new tiles, chimney sorted, integrated solar panels fitted, inverter, battery and car charger installed. All mess cleaned and left tidy. The cost? it was reasonable, I reckon my bungalow is now worth more, (probably about the equivalent of what I paid). In addition, I switched my petrol car for an EV, hopefully, I will never have to go to a petrol station again. The solar panels provide electric and the excess charges my car/ feeds into the grid for a small but wecome payment. I can recommend PRS, a small company, but focused with a committed boss (Jon) and a "can do" approach team.

Once again we have to congratulate Barrie, Barrie and Tom for their high quality and skilful work. This is the third project they have completed for us, having previously replaced a leaking gulley, followed by resetting our ridge tiles and repointing and flaunching a chimney stack. On this occasion they have worked their magic on damp roofing the walls in an older part of the house, including replacement of woodwork and all appropriate decoration. More projects are planned and I need look no further than Barrie and the team to carry out the work. Recommended without hesitation.

To Whom it may concern I first used Nigel of NJC on the recommendation of my parents. They have used him for many years for numerous jobs at a Nursing home they run. This gave me great confidence to call Nigel in for a problem I had in our attic at home with an electrical socket. It didn’t take Nigel long to find the source of the problem in the room below. There was a loose socket in our sons room which could have been very dangerous and this was causing the socket upstairs to malfunction. On another occasion I had water pouring through the bathroom ceiling which Nigel promptly sorted before further damage could be done. His swift response and tidy working soon made a our bad situation all better. Nigel is so very friendly and polite and always turns up with a smile. After some recent bad weather, I developed a severe leak in my flat roof and was feeling incredibly stressed and desperate for a quick fix. After reaching out to several roofing companies that either didn't respond or just flat-out refused the job, Ben was the only one who got back to me promptly. He even showed up within the hour, despite him and his team having other jobs on the go. Ben was a real lifesaver. He kept me updated every step of the way, and was able to send me photos of the work at various stages. This meant I could see not only the end result but also the process, making me feel very included. It was clear that he was going the extra mile to ensure everything was done quickly and to the best standard.
