After reaching out to several roofing companies that either didn't respond or just flat-out refused the job, Ben was the only one who got back to me promptly. He even showed up within the hour, despite him and his team having other jobs on the go.

Ben was a real lifesaver. He kept me updated every step of the way, and was able to send me photos of the work at various stages. This meant I could see not only the end result but also the process, making me feel very included. It was clear that he was going the extra mile to ensure everything was done quickly and to the best standard.
