Have been with this practice for about three years. Very relieved that they have not been “swallowed up” by Medivet who seem to have the monopoly in Lincolnshire. I normally see Miguel who is great with my dogs Molly and Toby. Recently, Molly had a huge swelling appear under her jaw on the front of her neck. All the staff were great during this very worrying time. Sam dealt with arranging for Molly to be seen at a practice in Wakefield that had a MRI and CT scanner, Miguel and Anne tended to Molly and the staff are also dealing with my insurance claim. The lump transpired to be an abscess, cause unknown. Very thankful I had insurance with Purely Pets as the bill will be in excess of £5000😩. Good to know you have a great practice in your area.

Our Italian Spinone had really great care here today - the staff were very professional, very caring and did brilliant treatment. Worth every penny - can’t recommend this place enough!

Ted is registered with Vicarage Vets, and we have always received excellent, kind and compassionate care. But where the team go above and beyond is how they have taken in and cared for the injured wildlife I’ve rescued. I’ve taken in an injured Robin, and a malnourished hedgehog, and the staff couldn’t do enough to help. You can tell that all staff are passionate about what they do, and they love any animal. I have so much respect for their team ethos.

My dog's are always looked after with the greatest of care & their medical needs are always met . All the staff are friendly & make your pets feel welcome . Even though the practice was fully booked, after I had phoned for advice regarding my dog, they got me in within 30 mins, much appreciated. Such a wonderful veterinary practice, would highly recommend

We were on Holiday,and my dog developed a severe limp due to an Altercation with another dog. Aldervale vets were excellent in fitting Daisy in to see a vets and prescribe pain relief for her

On holiday and my dog Alfie had a bump to the face whilst he was running off with a chew, he was OK at first but then was shaking with pain and scared to eat because his mouth hurt. I called in a panic, they got him in within the hour, gave him a check over and some painkillers so he could enjoy the rest of his time away which he did. The vet I saw, Helena I think? Was lovely, as was the very kind lady on reception. Very reasonable price for check up and meds too. Thank you very much.

I can’t thank the staff at the surgery In Skegness enough for helping me and my dog. I forgot to pack enough medication for my dog who is in the end stage of heart failure and nearly didn’t make it on his holiday. The vet examined him straight away and organised the extra medication I needed to get him through the week. The lady on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.Highly recommended .

First day of holiday. Our boy was poorly. Both ends ..Monday phoned this practice up to book him in ..injection .and special diet food and paste .surprised tho that he didn't inspect our boy .took his temperature which seemed normal. £277.73 Update one week later our boy is well and eating properly.

The vets and nurses here at Heckington are always friendly and welcoming. Rang at 8.30 this morning, requested asap appointment and 11.a.m cat was in vets, problem diagnosed, meds given. It's great to have a local practice with good parking.

We have just had an excellent experience with my Romanian rescue dog at Heckington vets. After a previous negative experience from both myself and my dog we were nervous about his upcoming appointment, however Rose made the entire appointment stress free, she was extremely calm, caring, and reassuring to my dog. Rose explained everything step-by-step to us and is clearly very knowledgeable - I couldn’t recommend her enough. Overall we had a successful appointment and Rose was brilliant!

Don't be put off that it's part of the bigger south Linc's veterinary group, they are different vets and are VERY caring to the animals and owners. I have seen Gemma a cpl of times and can't recommend her enough, so very compassionate and has an obvious love and genuine caring approach to your pet. If you can get here then definitely do so!!

Excellent experience when we took our two cats for their annual check ups and jabs. The vet was brilliant, so good at explaining things to us. The only slight downside was (compared to the Sutterton practice) there was no separate cat waiting room and we did have three dogs arrive whilst we were waiting and our cats were frightened.

We had to put our pup down a few weeks ago and the vet and the team there were brilliant. Can't recommend these guys enough.

Have to say the staff went above and beyond to help my cat banana in the last few hours that she had on this earth. Helped me keep something to remember her by. Staff was very helpful and compassionate. I hope that if your reading this that you all do an amazing job ❤️

my experience was good as I have used them a few times they are very caring vets and very help full they keep you informed I am going to keep with them my cat is on the mend he's getting back to his self I was grateful for what they did he seems happy again

My cat (Tangy) went blind, but the vets at Bray House, particularly Dr Dara Broadbent, were just brilliant! Tangy has regained her sight and once more venturing outdoors. Can't thank them enough.

Companions is a wonderful veterinary clinic. The staff are all wonderful and very caring. I tried another vet before moving to Companions and the difference is astounding! Edgar is always relaxed with the staff and this helps so much.

Excellent service. We saw Eleanor for our miniature dachshunds’s first vaccinations and she was very calm and kind with Juno and explained everything thoroughly with us. A great first visit for Juno and I can imagine we’ll only have professional and compassionate care for our beloved puppy going forward. Thank you.

Only had to use the vets on 3 occasions thankfully but each time they have been lovely. The first time I wasn't even registers with them and they saw my cat as a priority. The 2nd time was a check up and her teeth were very decayed so she had to have most of them out. I was so worried how she'd be on the day and she was absolutely fine and no bother apparently 😁. How they managed to not feed her for a few hours I don't know as she's a greedy little fur baby. I cannot recommended this vets practice and all the staff enough. Definitely 5 stars.

We have used this practice for over ten years and all has been great. Got an appointment within the hour and saw the vet who was so gentle with my nervous boy who had swallowed a small toy. X-rays told us he needed surgery and all was clearly explained. Picked him up at tea time and had all his care clearly explained. Just hope his recovery goes well now. Lovely staff from reception to nurses to vets. Many thanks.

Great service today, seen at short notice and the reception staff were happy and smiling and the vet was very thorough, not rushing us through, explaining everything. Very happy with the care given today.

Nice friendly vets! Last time I went in gor my cats annual vacation, i was in and out in 25 mins! Great! Normally they make me wait 20 mins before they even seen me!! But found out why when I got home, that they started a rating system and I got a email to review how good they were. If thats all it takes to make them keep on time then please keep this system for next year :) definitely recommend bringing your pet here! Bit over priced, but who isn't these days?

I have to say i have only ever received great service and assistance from Medivet Washingborough. When i moved to the area and was looking for a vet i was told by some to avoid this practice but i must go on record as saying i am glad i didn't and to date the friendly and helpful staff at this clean and tidy practice have been top class. And the dog is relaxed when she arrives which is also a huge plus.

The staff at this vets have been so patient and supportive to me with my cockerpoo whom has become quite anxious as he gets abit older. We have had desensitising sessions with Andrew the vet nurse and Charlie on reception whom have been great and so lovely.

Although I had my own vet, and a dog that was Insured, a week before Christmas she got so unwell I had to take her in, treatment consisted of what I could pay for and not what she actually needed!! They wouldn’t even give her antibiotics as I couldn’t pay for them so this amazing vets was found via a million phone calls and emails all over the place, and they found a solution for us, they even took my insurance policy and claimed direct so I didn’t have to find the money first! Something my own vets Wouldn’t do! And the vets are very thorough, it’s all about the well-being of animals and not money. Needless to say this is now my new vets

Cannot praise everyone here enough! Quite literally saved Rue’s life! Following a traumatic experience with the vet I was registered with these guys saw us straight away, treated Rue straight away and the level of compassion and empathy for myself, family and my beautiful cat was exceptional! They were always honest with that the prognosis was poor but worked tirelessly to to overcome all the obstacles Rue’s condition (blocked bladder) presented for the 4 days he spent in their care. They would be getting this glowing review whatever the outcome but I’m elated to say all of their had work paid off and Rue is home, healthy and happy! And I will always be eternally grateful!

This isn't the first time I've said this, but the staff on reception really make this vets the best one I've been to. So often I've encounter coldness on a vetinary reception but not here, not only are they warm and friendly, but they're so personalable and easy to talk with. We all have that feeling of wanting to do right by our pets whilst being anxious about the cost of vet fees, and I know we all feel that pressure and doubt whilst a vet tells us everything they're going to do and prescribe that we wonder about the cost and necessity of. But after my appointment the receptionist was so understanding and non-judgemental, she gave me time to think about each item and was forthcoming with individual pricing so that I could pick and choose by priority. She gently upsold me by noting the 10% discount from the pet plan without making me feel pressured. I really hope the staff are treated with the respect and appreciation they deserve because this truly is a make-or-break for which vet service I use.
