A very clean and professional environment. The first points of contact, the receptionists were very polite and efficient. When we met Alba (surgeon) and her assistant, I was super impressed by how polite and thorough they were. I feel more than reassured that she will carry out the surgery on my hound to a high standard. I will report back after this is done shortly. The practice has plenty of parking, along with a number of disabled bays. The appearance of the practice is maintained to a high standard. Oh, and I nearly forgot there is a free tea and coffee bar with biscuits available đ

I canât thank you guys enough for what you did for our Minnie and for Tobi and his team Minnie had to have heart surgery as she had a heart murmur at grade 6 and with her being such a tiny puppy we thout we were going to lose her but luckily the surgery worked and she now a normal puppy these guys really were amazing thankyou for all did for us and Minnie

My gorgeous baby Luna had BOAS surgery and she was spayed in the same day; Dr Diogo itâs a brilliant vet! He and the team took care of her soo well! Caroline gave me all the support and she made sure Luna received all the attention there! On the 3rd day Luna was back to normal despite she had all these procedures done in few hours! Thank you for taking care of my baby!

Recently took my cat here after a referral from my vet. My cat looked ok and was eating and my vet picked up an irregular heartbeat.The day I took him I was not expecting to be told he either needs putting to sleep that day or a procedure to help him as it was worse than we thought. We chose the procedure. Alice the Specialist was lovely and talked me through everything throughout the whole process and other members of staff I saw were also friendly and helpful. I now have my precious boy back thanks to Alice and her team so can't thank them enough for giving me more time with my little boy.

Whilst on holiday my two dogs managed to sneak two pain au raisins from my daughterâs bag! The practice at Wareham agreed to see them immediately and the vet, nurses and receptionist were exceptional. All extremely friendly, helpful and lovely with both my dogs. (They even found a band to tie back my bassets ears whilst she vomited)! Really impressed with this veterinary surgery and many thanks once again for all your help. Ps the dogs both managed lunch on the beach and the trip back to London in good spirits despite this start to the day.

Lynwood Vets in Wareham is an exceptional veterinary practice. Debbie at reception is amazing. She's always so helpful, patient with immense kindness and understanding. She goes way & beyond to he helpful in every way. All the vets there have ALWAYS taken great care to treat & look my pet. Duncan who has treated my pet is just phenomenal. He has always treated my pet with kindness & really cares about her welfare. Everytime we see him, he does everything to make sure that my pet is well. He goes out of his way & tries to do all that he can to make sure she has the utmost treatment & care. I hope he never retires as he is the BEST vet I've ever seen.

We have always been very happy with the care given to our cats by Selena, Emily and now Duncan and all the nurses and staff. However, the care has been exceptional at times.. including operations for Basil by Emily and Selena. Most recently we had to make the difficult decision to let Rosie be put to sleep at Wareham⊠Duncan could not have been kinder, patiently and professionally explaining, thereby helping us to make an informed & right choice. We have been using the Pet Practice for a number of years and even after we moved out of the area, have remained with them as they are excellent and prioritise the welfare of your pets. Aside for 1 locum who was horrendous and a very young vet who was ridiculously over cautious with our very young docile dog, we have only got positive things to say and praise for the staff that we deal with frequently. Asia the Vet within the Oakdale Poole practice and Stacey the receptionist both of whom, always make us feel so welcome. Asia is incredible with our four legged family who the staff know are our life. We have 5 dogs at present (Barnaby, Bonnie, Storm , Willow and Beau) .. and we lost our beautiful little ShitZu Bella a few months back and as stated previously, the compassion from the veterinary staff was amazing. Thank you personally from our family for taking care of our pack and being a truly wonderful and amazing practice.

Lovely, caring, efficient vetinary practice to visit. From initial phone call to successful treatment, we were very happy with all services. The receptionist is very helpful and Asher the vet, treated our house rabbit with care and professionalism. I'm glad to say bun made a full recovery. The charges were reasonable. Follow up advice, on the phone, was reassuring also.

We absolutely are blown away by the fantastic staff and overall service provided by Pet Practice in Poole. Our highly anxious GSD literally hates vets, yet Anna K and Ben and all the Veterinary Nurses have been able to calm him down and make him feel safe. He had to have surgery for the first time this year and he was not traumatised. It is amazing. Thank you all at Pet Practice.

I first went to St Maryâs in 2012 with my cat who needed surgery following a car accident, the care from David and the team was second to none and Iâm happy to say heâs still living life to the full. Fast forward 12 years, I recently had one of my cats put to sleep here and the care and compassion David showed me and my cat was so appreciated as I was heartbroken to lose my boy. Today I returned with my Labrador for his vaccination and check up and again, David shows such a care for animals and tops it all off with a gravy bone - for the dog not me. Also to the reception team for their kindness to me this month. I always feel the care and respect my animals receive is fantastic, thank you.

The team both at the Wareham branch and earlier at the Upton branch have all been phenomenal to my dog this week. Having just moved to the area we weren't expecting to have to use the services so quickly, but when needed the team were all there. They were all amazing with my dog who can often be nervous around new people - especially those with thermometers ;) Everyone gave her time, space and care, and got her quickly back on track. The care we received all round far outweighs that we received at our previous surgery. It's taken the anxiety away from me now if we ever have to come back in the future. Many, many thanks to both teams.

I was on holiday so away from our usual vet and my dog started limping. I called and was offered an appointment within half an hour. Staff were very friendly and the vet thoroughly examined my dog and set my mind at ease explaining everything and immeadate treatment and follow up if necessary. The Gallops are an amazing facility for dogs, my dogs are dog aggressive, I get to run them off the lead in a save fenced in environment with lots for them to do. The staff are amazing and very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely worth a visit!!

I had the very unfortunate experience of having to put my cat to sleep a few days ago which was very sudden and not expected. But we were so impressed with Kai who was extremely kind, compassionate and empathetic towards us but also our cat Hugo. It was a really difficult time but Kai and the nurse who also helped him were wonderful and made a very sad occasion more bearable with both of their gentle presence. I cannot thank them enough :)

My little puppy is now 8 months old and has had more than his fair share of treatment for such a little pup. Aniwell at Alderney has been exceptional, they have guided us through major surgery procedures, insurance procedures as well as minor ailments.
