She has had a number of major problems; diagnosed and dealt with expertly and explained meticulously. Our consultations were never hurries, no matter how busy he happened to be. Katie has helped with Fly's physiotherapy and advice with how to manage her back problem, for which I am extremely grateful.

My conure Rio had an accident over the weekend and broke his leg I called and was told to come in immediately and with the fantastic care and expertise of the Vets they managed to save the leg and splint it and after 24hrs of great care they have released him back home to me. Thanks you to all the team at Piddle Valley Vets for everything you have done for Rio 👍🏻

Simply the best vet I have ever encountered. We travel 25 miles as have African Pygmy Hedgehogs as not many specialists around. David has performed numerous operations that defy belief and the knowledge and care provided is second to none. We are very grateful for all their efforts

Fantastic vets, my dog has very bad feet and needed his claws severely doing. He hates anyone touching his feet they made my dog feel very relaxed and comfortable. And was a breeze, won't use any other vet with my dog ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really friendly helpful staff. I made a mistake with the booking but they were very polite about it and bent over backwards to fit me in. They are very expensive though. Wormer and passport plus one month medication from my local vet is £92. Wormer and passport plus 2 wks medication from medivet was £130.

Exceptional Veterinary Practice. Although I have been a client for many years, my dog Jack seldom needs care. Recently however he was suffering a gland problem.. Jack is an imported rescue and the BVA recommend a safeguarding procedure (blood test) prior to any surgery in such cases due to possible Brucellosis infection. I was uncertain of the benefits, but was able to have a practical and sensible discussion with Giles, beforehand Jack had the procedure under sedation & Giles whipped out a loose back tooth too. Jack is not insured, but I was given an estimate of cost at our initial consultation which matched our final invoice. Thank you Giles, it seems to have done the trick and Jack has forgiven you (almost!)

Such a Friendly, Professional and Caring Vets Firstly, from Jan and myself, a massive THANK YOU to all at Vets for Pets, Weymouth. Our Fox Red Labrador Archie has several ongoing issues which mean very regular visits to this practice. Without exception, Archie and ourselves are treated with the most wonderful 'happy' care and professionalism from the moment we arrive at reception. Despite having undergone numerous varied procedures, Archie so looks forward to saying hello to each super member of staff that he sees, starting at reception, nurses, vets and 'backroom staff' who all make such a lovely fuss of him! Knowing that Archie is receiving the very best of care from such lovely people gives my wife and I such peace of mind. The 'new' waiting room' provides ample space for all and together with additional consultation rooms has all been done in a very tasteful way. At their recent open day, we were shown the very comfortable 'hospital' areas and the modern equipment and systems used to aid our pets. Everything so well organised and exceptionally clean. Without hesitation, we would very highly recommend Vets for Pets Weymouth. Your pet (and you) will be in very good hands.

They are the most caring bunch of people. The receptionist was able to book me in straight away when my cat took a sudden decline in his health. This unfortunately ended with him being put to sleep. The vet (Anna) was so caring and even though the team were very busy with other emergencies she did not make me feel rushed and offered me time to say good bye. Highly recommended this vets.

Had my beautiful girl Roxy who was loved by us for 14 years put to rest on Friday 5.4.24, the most traumatic time for our family, was eased by the fantastic care and attention we received from the staff on duty that day. Absolutely brilliant service. Called this morning to make an appointment for my dog who was poorly whilst we were on holiday. Got an appointment for 8.30 next day. Then another call later to say they had a cancellation at 2.30. Vet was wonderful and after an examination prescribed tablets to help him. Thank you so much it's a weight off my mind knowing he has been seen and treatment started.

Staff are friendly, place is clean and modern. Some of the vets do a better job then others. Very expensive consulting fee, but it is owned now by Independent Vetcare Ltd and they are all about profit. Having work done at the moment which could mean fees going up. Shop around is your best better.
