I have known Chris and Jason for several years now, and this family business has always looked after me. I have met quite a few of their employees and they always seem cheerful and pleased to be there, which goes to show that it is a business which looks after its staff which speaks volumes about the company ethos. I was experiencing a fluttering noise coming from the roof area so I called C R Roofing. I spoke to Jason who listened to my concern and was quick to book me an appointment. Chris arrived and within seconds of explaining my issue , he knew straight away what the problem was. I had too much felt overlapping on the fascia, which was causing it to vibrate when it was windy. Chris got his ladder and cut some of the felt off. Job done. After looking at various roofer companies I’m glad I used C R Roofing as the speed of the service along with the professionalism and knowledge of both Jason and Chris was second to none. Great service and I would highly recommend this company. 10/10

Chimney repair and repointing. We were very impressed with the whole experience. From initial quote to the work being done. The team were professional, polite and friendly. We're really pleased with the final finish. A few years ago we used a different company for another job because they were a bit cheaper. Big mistake and would use C R Roofing going forward., confidently.

After finding a leak in my 88 years old moms bedroom we contacted c r roofing who promptly came round and carried out the repair Chris I think she said was friendly and polite and professional mom has hearing problems and has been ripped off before these guys are the real deal would highly recommend

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at CR Roofing. They have been absolutely amazing! My roof first started to leak in March 2018, with water running down into one of the bedrooms and then into the dining room beneath. The problem was intermittent. Sometimes it would be pouring down outside, but there would be no leak. Other times there’d be light rain and the water would start to drip in. I thought the wind direction might have something to do with the problem, but there was no consistency there either which added to my confusion and frustration. I lost count of the number of roofers who came to take a look at the roof between March 2018 and May 2021. In fairness, the majority were honest in saying that the roof was in good condition and they couldn’t find any cracked tiles or areas where the water may have been coming in from, so they were sorry but they couldn’t help me. I appreciated their honesty but that didn’t help much given that the problem continued. Other roofers were completely corrupt and said the roof was in a bad state and the whole thing needed replacing, which would cost thousands. I eventually googled ‘specialist roofers in Birmingham’ and was presented with CR Roofing. I called Jason and couldn’t help but start crying from the frustration and worry I’ve experienced over the last 3 years. He was absolutely amazing and said they would definitely find the source of the leak. Chris came to do the inspection and was very thorough. He took loads of photos and showed me where and why the roof was leaking. Not long after, the team came over and repaired the roof. Before, During and After photos were taken so I could see exactly what work had been done. Jason stopped by as added reassurance for me as he knew I’ve found the last 3 years very distressing. A few weeks after the roof was repaired, I called Jason and asked if one of the team could pop back to look at another part of the roof where there was still a little bit of water coming in when it rained heavily. I had been told that this can happen sometimes and that I should call them if it does. So, within a couple of days Chris was back and had sorted it out. From start to end, the whole team was amazing. They were polite, friendly, professional, reliable and courteous. They did what they said they would do, when they said they’d do it, which is something of a rarity these days. As some reviews mention, CR Roofing aren’t the cheapest. They don’t claim to be either. If you’re looking for a reliable company who get the job done and go the extra mile to help their customers then I would definitely recommend you call them.
