We asked Bratt builders for a quote to repair our chimney as we had a leak for a while and needed it rectified before doing some other work inside the house. They came out to quote that same day and provided a competitive price, with great communication throughout. The work was completed to a high standard, can’t fault the process from start to finish.

Bratt were the consummate professionals. They arrived on time, checked we were happy during the building work and left absolutely no mess behind. The two builders onsite were a credit to the company and as you can see from the photos below they did an excellent quality job. Recommended.

Srdjan replaced the external tiles on the bay window with the new materials. Srdjan has been professional throughout from initial booking to give a quote to completion. He first came and explained to us on what materials would be involved in the new bay window and accommodate our request to have insulation board on too. The price is fairly reasonable. He took the falling tiles down gently but efficiently. He has his own scaffolding which makes everything looks professional. He set up the scaffolding quickly and progress to the work. It was a pleasure watching him to do the work as he is very experience in this sort of job and his attention to detail. Will definitely recommend him.

Srdjan was able to come and quote the same day and provided a detailed and comprehensive description of the work to be done as well as the materials to be used. Price was competitive and reasonable. We called Imperial Residential out for an emergency roof leak in the days leading up to Christmas. The job turned out to be bigger and slightly more complex than expected. However, Paul took everything in hand and organised the erection of scaffolding and his team work solidly for two days to repair our roof in time for Christmas. He kept us informed throughout and his team were all very friendly and did an excellent job. We would happily recommend without hesitation.

We contacted Sean regarding our gutters and he came and gave us a quote and cleaned them on the same day. Super efficient and speedy service!

Unfortunately 2 apex tiles flew off my roof due to the storm. Called Sean to arrange a quick appointment to view the damage in the morning. Sean came exactly on time. We then agreed everything and he came back to fixed my roof and guttering joint that was broken from the falling tiles. Excellent service in getting a quote and fixing on the same day! I think I might have been lucky to have gotten this super service. Sean is very professional with very reasonable price! Will definitely use his company again. The guys he brought along with him on the job of fixing the roof and guttering were very professional and very nice! I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs as I know Sean and his team will look after you! Don't think you need to look after further if you need any roofing done.

Can't recommend Sean and his team enough for all the work they've done and how they handled it. We had a leak in our new bathroom and Sean promptly came out to inspect the issue, gave me a quote the next day, (which was much fairer than others in the area), and when we were ready to move forwards with the work he had the job completed within a week.
