Well, there’s not enough words to describe in good faith how amazing and lovely Jake and his team are. Very professional from the first point of contact to the end. Jake responded within the hour for emergency roof repair as we were on our way to London that morning and very much appreciated him coming straight away. He repaired / replaced several loose tiles with original welsh slate tiles and did additional repairs that he also noticed as part of the cost.
