March 2025 - I required an awkward slate refitting after wind damage. Tom was quick to respond with a quote and two days later a team arrived and the job was done. Top marks for service from TWF and highly recommended.

I had been looking for a company to tile my bay window but after receiving quotes and then being let down or companies not even bothering to quote, I came across TWF Roofing. I called Tom and he said he would be happy to come over to look at the job, which he did the same day! I received my quote the same evening and once I had confirmed I was happy to proceed with the job, Tom gave me a date of when the scaffold would arrive. The scaffolding arrived on time, then once this was confirmed back to Tom, I then received a date of when he would start my job, which was also adhered to. The fitters arrived on time every day and stayed on my job until completion. They also attending to a couple of leaks I had with my guttering and repaired another problem which was only uncovered when fixing the leaks. TWF are a competent, reliable and professional company who I would recommend for any roofing or guttering problems. They also put me in touch with a brilliant guy for the rendering!

We have used TWF roofing services before and we decided to go with them for our new roof. Tom was very professional, communicated well with us during the job and made sure all the work was completed to a high standard. It was a complex job and it was completed on time. We also had our porch roof replaced and it was not any trouble to add it to the job. The guys were very tidy and left no mess in the gardens. TWF is honestly a great company to deal with. Following storm Darragh last weekend, we needed a roof repair, and we’re let down by someone else so I looked on google and saw the good reviews. I rang up and they got back to me within a couple of hours and actually did the job the next day, less than 24 hours of contacting them, and it was much less than other quotes we got. The roofers were very friendly and efficient, very quick and did a top class job which we were very pleased with. The whole experience of dealing with them was great and would highly recommend them. Great company to deal with.
