Honestly couldn’t ask for a better roofer. Tom was really prompt, really reasonable and knowledgeable and most importantly has integrity. We’re definitely using Ridgepoint for all of our roofing work from now on and I’m recommending him to all my friends and family. Tom went the extra mile to send me photos and videos of what the roof was like and the work he did, which really wasn’t necessary but gives peace of mind.

Brilliant. There was an ongoing issue with our extension roof in that the last set of tiles were laid flat and subsequently rain did not flow over it, which meant that it could leak. Tom knew exactly what to do and rectified the problem which had been there since the extension had been built. It wasn't such a case of doing something straightforward, but more a case of using his knowledge and experience to come up with a solution which most would not have thought of. Couldn't be happier with the result.

Excellent roofer: Tom is a highly skilled professional. Previous bad experience: I had issues with unprofessional workers who installed the dry verges on my house. After two months, they started falling off, and the workers never returned. Professional reinstallation and additional services: Tom reinstalled all the dry verges in a very professional manner. He thoroughly checked and cleaned the gutters. Installed bird guards and edge trims. Cleaned out old animal nests. Fair pricing: Tom offered a great price for the work. It ended up costing me a bit less because his initial quote included labor for two people. Honesty and expertise: Tom is an honest guy who knows exactly what he’s doing and delivers excellent results. Would highly recommend him!
