Excellent service by the lads at New Vision Roofing. So last year my next door neighbors got their roof done and I decided since mine was old to get done by same individual to keep tiles and work consistent so less problems. Sadly was not the case and several serious issues have occurred not just with mine but theirs's also. Contacted New Vision, explained in the nicest but to the point way of the issues and was had been done incorrect and would need to be fixed. The work done has been excellent but more to the actual point of comfort is that the communication has been consistent and not messing around. Will continue to use them as I know I have other areas of my house that will need attention to. Many thanks.

James and the team at New Vision Roof were excellent in all aspects of their interactions with us and the work undertaken - we had total trust and confidence in them ( they showed us pictures of the damage to our roof and talked through what was needed and gave us options about the repairs and costings where appropriate) We were also very grateful for the prompt service as we had a leak coming into a bedroom ! We would highly recommend New Vision Roofing and would definitely use this company again if needed !!! We had quotes from other roofing companies - New Vision Roofing gave the most competitive quote and focused I feel on what was actually needed in the way of repairs as opposed to quoting for 'work' that was not needed.
