First impressions were that he communicated well, gave a clear quote with breakdown and explained exactly what work he'd be doing. He followed up with me before starting the work and arrived to start on time. He worked quickly and efficiently, tidying up as they went along. Each day I was clear about where he'd gotten to and what next. I felt happy to have Tommy and his team at the house to do work, wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if needed. Highly recommended!
