After a few months of living with a leaking garage roof and overpriced quotes, we came across AMH Property Care. Matt came out and gave us a great price to replace the garage and utility room's flat roof. The workmanship and quality of the new roof were spot on. We spoke to Matt about a few other bits that needed doing around the house, and since April, Matt and his team have transformed our utility room by replacing the doors and frames, removing and boarding up the old window to the garage, insulating and replastering the whole room, levelling the floor, and installing laminate flooring. They have redone the lead flashing on the roof, along with adding end caps and replacing some damaged tiles and the felt underneath. After completing the first fix for a full house rewire, Matt and his team were back again and plastered all the chase work, replastered the whole kitchen, plastered the ceiling in our kids' room, boarded and plastered our old loft hatch, and replaced the ugly metal poles on the front porch with a beautiful gallows bracket. When the rewire was finished, Matt was back again to rip out the whole bathroom and replace it with the bathroom of our dreams. Everything was fitted with precision, and the flooring and tiling look incredible. We couldn't recommend AMH Property Care enough! We look forward to contacting them again later in the year for more property improvements.

AMH property yet again did a great job for me today. Last week replaced my flat roof on the garage. Great team of lads did the job to a high standard. Very pleased. Today completed work on my porch. Plastered the porch, lay down some floor tiles and added skirting board. Very professional job. Will not hesitate to contact them again
