The wooden tudor beams and tyrolean finish rendering on our 25 year old bungalow were an ongoing maintenance issue requiring repainting every couple of years. In the last year in particular the beams were showing signs of rotting due to weathering etc. We decided to have it all replaced with aluminium backing boards (rather than rendering) and mock tudor effect boards. We came across Mw Roofline from an Internet search and their reviews were very positive. After various communications with Matt, the proprietor, we agreed a price and to have the work done. This was all done very effectively via various Email exchanges and telephone calls as they are based in Sutton Coldfield and we live in South Lincs. Before the work started our future fitter (John) paid us a visit to do a site survey and take detailed measurements so that the required materials could be ordered. The actual fitting took place over 5 working days (Mon-Fri). Despite having a 2 hour drive to get to us John was on our drive by 8am each morning and typically was still here after 6pm most evenings. He worked diligently, with great attention to detail, always kept everything tidy and was always happy to answer any questions we had. We are very pleased with the finished job and would strongly recommend Mw Roofline. Our thanks to Matt and John for a great stress free job.

MW Roofline did an excellent job of replacing leaking mock tudor boards on my house frontage. Having had a poor job done by a general builder only a few years ago, this time I had learned my lesson and wanted specialists. I did my research of a few companies and reviews were excellent for MW and this was backed up by a personal recommendation from a neighbour. Thanks John and Matt, looks great and no more leaks.

Matt quoted a fair price for new, non-fade, black, deep flow gutters and downpipes, he was friendly and professional and had great knowledge. Scaffolding was put up and John expertly fitted them + added 'comb filters' to stop birds from nesting - a common problem with Calder Drive area properties it seems. Tidy clean work. Trustworthy. No issues. Highly recommended!
