My chimney needed repairing and they came out promptly and gave me a reasonable quote for the work. They kept me informed about when they could do the work. Phil was very professional and honest. He gave us a competitive price and explained fully what would be done. Whenever we asked a question he would explain the answer to us and put our worries at ease. When his colleague didn’t come, he took on the job by himself and completed everything very well.
