When you're looking to find a specialist tradesperson, sometimes it can be a compromise between finding the lowest quote, the reputation of the company and the best vibe you get from the actual people. I decided to appoint K Peak roofing as he quoted near the better end of the range that I had had received, he had good reviews online plus he seemed genuinely interested in doing a good job without trying to up sell extra services as some other companies were. On the day, Karl & Reece did the job admirably, providing me with photos of the job (new soffits) and the overall condition of the roof too. They even tidied up after themselves which strangeley enough you can't always take for granted. Additionally, they seemed to know a passer by or two which by itself can be an indiciation of having a positive reputation in the area. Thank you Karl and Reece.

Absolutely brilliant workmanship and communication and cost provided by Karl. We had a damaged roof/guttering/ridges caused by a recent storm. Karl was on site within a couple of hours of receiving our call. After providing great advice regarding work needed we went ahead and also had a dry verge fitted to prevent future damage.
