Dylan was recommended to us by a neighbour after we struggled to find a roofer we could trust. Dylan quoted a fair price that was far more reasonable than others and a few weeks later he commenced work replacing our old roof which had started to leak. Dylan worked flat out for 6 days, replacing the roof, and also the guttering, organising the materials, scaffolding and skip. If we ever need anything again, he will be the first person we contact.

I sent an email enquiry in the morning along with a picture of the work I needed to my roof and within a few hours I received a reply from Terry. I was given a quote for the work and later in the day I received a call from Terry who attended to refix my loose roof tile. Terry is truly a genuine and honest guy and rest assured you are not about to be ripped off like the other roofing companies that you may have received a quote from. Just like when you take your car to a garage for a repair you want a honest and reliable price and not to be ripped off as you don’t know nothing about cars or engines. Terry arrived with two other guys who followed his instructions and the work was done within a short space of time. This is our second time using Alps Property Solutions Ltd. The first job was a full roof replacement which rescued us from our leaky roof just before Christmas. We were so impressed with Aaron and his fantastic customer service we decided to use Alps again to replace our upstairs windows. Aaron went out of his way to get an exact match with the downstairs windows and kept us up to date throughout. The job was completed to a very high standard by Si at the weekend and we are very happy with our new windows - a huge improvement on the company we used for downstairs! Aaron came to give us a quote for a tiled roof canopy, he was polite and professional. The work was carried out by two fitters who made a good job and also tidied up after themselves. The end product is exactly what we wanted .

My husband and i are very happy with our guttering and fascias. Staff were friendly, and everything finished to a high standard. There was one minor fault with pipes being fitted the wrong way but it was never a problem getting it resolved, staff came quickly and fixed the problem.

I used BRS to retile my existing roof and tile my new extension roof. I am in the building/property industry myself so wanted someone who would work to a high standard. I got quotes from four different companies and BRS were not the cheapest, however Terry was professional and seemed knowledgeable, he was also recommended by a few other tradespeople that I know. They turned up on time and did the job to a high standard, a couple of minor issues were addressed promptly and without quibble. I have no hesitation in recommending BRS, plus his drone photos are very cool 😎

Absolutely brilliant workmanship and communication and cost provided by Karl. We had a damaged roof/guttering/ridges caused by a recent storm. Karl was on site within a couple of hours of receiving our call. After providing great advice regarding work needed we went ahead and also had a dry verge fitted to prevent future damage.
