This is our second time using Alps Property Solutions Ltd. The first job was a full roof replacement which rescued us from our leaky roof just before Christmas. We were so impressed with Aaron and his fantastic customer service we decided to use Alps again to replace our upstairs windows. Aaron went out of his way to get an exact match with the downstairs windows and kept us up to date throughout. The job was completed to a very high standard by Si at the weekend and we are very happy with our new windows - a huge improvement on the company we used for downstairs! Aaron is lovely - nothing is too much trouble - prices were good and workmanship outstanding - so glad we found such a good, trustworthy company! We highly recommend Aaron and Alps and look forward to using them again in the future.

My husband and i are very happy with our guttering and fascias. Staff were friendly, and everything finished to a high standard. There was one minor fault with pipes being fitted the wrong way but it was never a problem getting it resolved, staff came quickly and fixed the problem.

In early December, we had two felted flat roofs fail within days of each other and couldn't find a roofer to fix them. Not only did Aaron and the Alps team manage to fit us in before Christmas, they also did both jobs on the same day! The new roofs are better insulated, finished in Firestone rubber, and come with guarantees. The Alps team are polite, tidy and clearly take a lot of pride on their work. From their very competitive quote through to completion, they've been a pleasure to deal with.

Aaron came to give us a quote for a tiled roof canopy, he was polite and professional. The work was carried out by two fitters who made a good job and also tidied up after themselves. The end product is exactly what we wanted .
