Billy is great! He changed the felt on my roof, replaced tiles and fixed guttering for me. He’s on honest guy and trustworthy and clearly has great experience. There can be a lot of untrustworthy tradesmen out there, Billy is not one. 100% recommend 👍🏻

We had an urgent need to replace our guttering during some terrible weather recently. Billy fit me in at very short notice and quickly found a solution that would work best for our Grade II listed home. There were issues along the way, caused by the nature of our building, but Billy solved any problems quickly and without fuss - never making a big deal out of it and keeping my stress levels low. He's incredibly clean and tidy, talks you through the whole process and discusses options with you (very patiently!). We've also had tiles replaced and Billy is very knowledgeable about roofing repairs, including listed buildings. He's friendly, honest and incredibly helpful, always on time and always looking for solutions to your problems. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Alan has done a few jobs for us in London, which included new flat roof, identifying a leak coming from the balcony and fixing it, adding a new drain pipe, doing some repairs to the tiled sloping roof. After storm Darragh we struggled to find someone that could repair our roof leak before January. AM Roofing were amazing. Called them on Monday morning, Alan was here an hour later and inspecting the roof within minutes of arriving. He was professional, clear about the options available and straight up about costs. Scaffolding all up by Tuesday morning and the job was completed as discussed by Friday afternoon. Faultless and efficient. Really really nice chaps. Barney changed my neighbour's entire roof recently and it was a cracking job. A few weeks later I then experienced a leak in my own flat roof! Sad times. However, I gave Barney a ring and he came over promptly and told me exactly how to fix the leak myself for free. He's a genuine, honest chap and I'm grateful for the help!

I had a broken tile near the chimney on my roof. I had 5 quotes from different businesses. Barney was the only one out of the 5 that could see that my roof had been replaced at some point with previous owner and that it was not the original roof (pointed out characteristics on the external roof). He was also the only one that looked in my loft and confirmed that the felt was not the original material. The other 4 businesses said that i needed extensive work. With one even saying that i needed a whole new roof! I did need some maintenance on the roof which i was aware of a year ago but hadn’t got around to doing it which i asked to be completed too which was quoted and fairly priced by Barney. We had a serious issue with our guttering which was installed badly by a different roofer who never returned to complete the job. The guttering had moved out of alignment, was at the wrong gradient, and was leaking badly causing damage to our house. I emailed Barney and we were so impressed with the swift response. He came over to look at the job the same day and gave us a very reasonable quote. The job was done the next day by Leroy and Chris who installed new guttering with proper fixings, and corrected the gradient. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues and how they had resolved them. A very positive experience. Herts roofing came out at very short notice and fixed the guttering at the rear of my house, and didn't charge me an excessive call out fee. I've used them for a second time, I am very happy with their service and recommend them.

I got myself into a bit of a pickle when I landed our drone on my roof ! After many dodgy attempts at getting it down, I called Herts roofing co with my very unusual request. Within a couple of hours they were here and had it down in two minutes. They would not accept any payment at all. Dave was really helpful in explaining to us what was wrong with our roof leak and how we could go about fixing it. He spent a fair amount of time on the phone to us, even though he was fully booked and wasn’t able to make it out to us in North London to fix things. It is the second time I have used Dave and his team for a new roof and again he has done a great job. Dave's work I can't fault. Recently he redid our flat roof replacing fibreglass with felt due to a leak, and throughout the process he was very informative on what he was doing. He was thorough in his process, arrived on time and worked quickly to complete the work in time. his work is neat and precise and since having the new roof it is much quieter. We are very happy with his work and will be using him again for any work needed in the future.

James and the team did a fantastic job of relining my roof, as well as clearing, boarding and reinsulating my loft. At all points I was kept informed with clear estimates, deadlines and work to be done. Each day the team were on site, I received photos and videos showing progress, and James was always on hand on-site or via WhatsApp to answer questions. I cannot recommend James and the team at Sky Roofing highly enough. We had an aging main roof and front extension with a rear extension and flat roof that were starting to let in water. After an assessment James provided a detailed quote with multiple options. Each one with a breakdown of price and a plan listing the work required. All of the work was carried out with care and appreciation for not only us but also our neighbours. Communication was fantastic throughout with a summary of the work completed each day (including numerous photographs) and the plan for the next days work. So there were no surprises and everything was cleaned and tidy at the end of each day. Below are some picture with one showing the roof before and the rest showing the work completed. Had a card through the door saying that Radlett Roofing would be in the area doing cleaning and repairing gutters. As it happened I needed a repair to a joint in my gutters. Called them on Thursday around 4pm. had agreed an estimate, and they were with me 9am next mromning. William looked at the work and realised it was an easir repair than I described. I wanted the red tiles on my 3 dormers replaced with black cladding. William was helpful and professional throughout. The job we priced and agreed through photos yet he still came to check the product chosen was the correct one. Date agreed. Lee arrived on time and completed the work in 1 day. I’m very happy.

Whilst leaning out of a dormer window I discovered one of our very heavy slate tiles had completely detached and was likely to slide down onto the driveway below either smashing a car or worse killing someone. I immediately looked into hiring a cherry a picker to access the roof safely and using a handyman to silicon the tile into place. Half day rental was £595+vat and would be a nightmare to arrange. I decided to find a roofing company thinking maybe an expert might be the better option. I texted Radlett Roofing and immediately received a response and a much better price than the option above. Even better was the promise of completing the job the next morning - putting my mind at rest. They arrived first thing and sorted it easily. They also spotted and photographed two broken further tiles to show me, one of which was already resting in the gutter. They sorted all of it within the original quote, and were courteous and tidy. Will definitely be using them again!

We had a large extension built and these guys managed so salvage lots of our original Spanish slates from the demolition and use them on our extension, whilst going out of their way to source the 1500 more we needed to keep the original look of the house!! saved me fortunes and their work was sooooo good!
