From first call to the finished job Darren and his team were courteous and professional. They diagnosed the cause of the leak as the Box Gutter, provided photos of the inspection and explained the options available - both a temporary fix and long term solution. We decided on having it stripped out and replaced and the fix was organised within the week. Darren and his assistant worked efficiently, again showing us photos of each stage which was reassuring. On completion the area was cleaned down and Darren made sure to explain what they had done and provided written description of works. Couldn't be faulted
