The only drawback is that it’s a bit on the pricey side, which might make it more of a treat than a regular go-to. I've been here countless times over the years but more recently with several large lunch groups (15-20) from work. Each time all staff have been brilliant and the food is of a good quality, although there are only a small number of vegan options.

I had a wonderful meal at the Plough on a Sunday evening. Went for a roast... However by the time I ordered there was none left! So make sure you're earlier if you want to avoid disappointment in that respect. The chicken burger I had instead was absolutely divine though! So I can't complain at all about the quality of food and service. There was Also a very well prepared quiz taking place at about 7pm which made the evening even more enjoyable! Will definitely be returning.

Really nice vibe. With good size shared Campan, with really tasty bread and nicely ressed rocket. My fave thing was the best tiramisu ive had outside italy!

A cozy place for pizza! Every pizza is freshly made with thin base and crunchy crust. I ordered the triple pepperoni (£13.90), the strachiatella and chili honey made the pizza less dry. The portion is quite filling for one person!

Had a lovely pizza here. Be warned the portions are very large and can definitely be shared comfortably between 2. However I was solo dining and had to take a bag home lol. Great service, friendly staff and atmosphere.

What a great night at Rudy's Harborne! We've been to Rudy's more than 10 times already, and we keep coming back. The one in Harborne is our favourite due to the exceptional service we always receive. All the staff are so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Yesterday, we had the chance to try a dessert that isn't even on the menu yet, and it was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is always so nice and relaxing, with great attention to detail. When we bring our puppy, they always make sure we have a table off to the side so it's not in anyone's way. The manager, who was wearing a striped t-shirt, was so nice and friendly - thanks for making our visit so special! Can't wait to go back. 10/10!

Visited on a Sunday afternoon for a roast. Really cosy little pub which was a great place to while away a Sunday afternoon, cosy, comfortable and warm with a very typical British pub decor. It actually gave me a very countryside pub vibe which I found quite whimsical. The food available was a little short of the full menu as it was clearly very busy with most tables being reserved. I wasn't able to have the beef roast or cauliflower cheese (unfortunately) but I went for the lamb instead (which was delicious). The food was very good, personally I would have liked a larger portion of meat but for the price it was perfectly acceptable, you are able to request more veg if required for no additional cost. The service was really good and the staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend this pub and wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Nice cosy old school pub with a good variety of drinks and a lovely menu. Friendly service and attentive staff. Me & my family always have great meals here. We have been for lunch, evening meals, and even breakfasts on Sat/Sun mornings! They are always good at altering meals for our requests (such as chips instead of mash, gravy on the side etc) and there is always something for our family members who are gluten-free & diary-free. We have had birthday meals here as well, even for groups as much as 12 (but obviously booked in advance as a large group) & it's always enjoyable and a good atmosphere in the pub. Great beer garden with plenty of seats, outdoor heaters, flower beds, a bowling green, and all with such a pretty backdrop of a church and mighty old trees. It's definitely a hidden gem! The pub is an old coaching station inn, so the only thing is that the bar corridor can be tight for space when there is a queue for the bar, but everyone is always in good spirits to get past each other if needed, etc. Plus, it is all part of the pubs old school charm! So go with a smile and enjoy the buildings history as well as the food and drink. 😉

This is one of the best local pubs I've ever been to, especially the lamb tripe is quite delicious. The environment is pleasant, and the service is quite warm and welcoming.

We had to travel a good distance to get here as we were looking for a place to enjoy coffee and good conversation. Difficult on a Sunday night in Birmingham. We were not disappointed as the coffee was great and the atmosphere welcoming, if I lived in this area then it would be my go to place. Next time I’ll try the food menu.

Very nice place. Today I had the Breakfast Quesadillas and it was perfection. So fresh, tasty, well presented and great value for money. The lounge & large breakfasts need more beans though.....!

Try the Lounge Burger – you won't be disappointed! Unlike certain fast-food restaurants (such as the one with the clown), the burgers here are packed with flavour. The patties are thick and great quality, the pickles are tasty, the cheese is delicious and the brioche buns are fantastic. The staff are as great as the food and really helpful, and it was clean and tidy inside. It's on the smaller side and can get a little noisy when it's full, but if you're ok with that you'll really enjoy it here. We'll definitely pop in again when we're in the area!

Heard a lot about this place so booked it for lunch for our birthday. The decor is bright and relaxing. Great menu bit as we were there for lunch we went for the tasting dish. It's served and a 4 section plate so you get a selection of different dishes on plate. Highly recommended if you like Thai food.

I've passed this place so many times while going for breakfast I knew we just had to try here. We made reservations mid day so was reeeeeally quiet. We were seated at the 'bird cage' table which I LOVED!!!! The food was very, very tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were exactly what I expect when being served, they were perfect. Thus venue was warm, clean and comfortable. Absolutely recommend!!!!

This is certainly the top Chinese restaurant in Birmingham. The food was amazing especially Yung Sung and the Laziji lamb. The food shown itself that the chef was very delicate in preparation and cooking. The lamb was well marinated and very tender. Other dishes were also outstanding compared to other Chinese restaurant. The staff were amazing. They were friendly and, at the same time, very professional. Michael, the manager, was polite and professional in what he's doing. The atmosphere was great and classy. The music was cozy and classy. Overall, we can say that this restaurant is very impressive and we will surely visit again.

A Fantastic Experience in a Cozy Atmosphere Spent a wonderful time here today with my friends, and I have to say, everything was top-notch! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Rahi and Aworas took great care of us, always attentive and making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making our time there even more enjoyable. And let’s talk about the coffee—absolutely amazing! Perfectly brewed and just what we needed to complete the experience. Overall, a fantastic place with excellent service. This is our first time dining here. Alex W, who was such a star, was our host. We were appreciative of the opportunity to try the cuisine, and she assisted us in selecting the best drinks. The cuisine was excellent! We thought the sushi was beautifully presented! Alice was so beautiful! The place had a wonderful atmosphere and was comfortable. The evening was fantastic! My husband and I went to Koi Ki to celebrate my birthday and the restaurant didn't disappoint. It was our first visit and we wanted to try something new. There's was large car park in walking distance which was great and we entered the restaurant to be quickly greeted by Ryan who was amazing. The restaurant was very quiet with only us and one other table occupied so there wasn't much atmosphere but the decor and ambient music was good. I am vegetarian and my husband eats meat and fish. There were some great options for vegans too and Ryan our server was knowledgeable and friendly, he went through the whole menu with us. You can see the kitchen and the chef working which I though was a nice touch, our food was delicious and the cocktails! Oh my they were the best I've ever had. Our food was prompt but I thunk this was because it was quiet as not sure what it would be on a busy day. We throughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely visit again. Compliments to the chef and kitchen staff and Ryan for our amazing drinks and recommendations.

Wonderful Dinner at Koi Ki My wife and I had a fantastic dinner at Koi Ki. We started with the chili squid, soft-shell crab, and rock shrimp – all perfectly cooked and full of flavor. For mains, we enjoyed the chicken ramen and gyoza, which were delicious and satisfying. The service was exceptional – professional, friendly, and attentive. Overall, a great dining experience that we highly recommend!

Went here for our anniversary dinner..lovely ambience and attentive friendly service..the star of the menu was the piquant drunken udon noodles..thai green chicken curry was flavourful..chicken satay was moist and perfect for a starter..however the veg tempura lacked salt and seasoning..the cocktails were a let down too sweet and no character..go for the Singha pint or wine menu instead

For drinks, I ordered a Diet Coke, while my wife enjoyed a Lychee Martini, which she absolutely loved. We started with the full platter, featuring scallops, prawns, squid, and fish cakes. The presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. For mains, we had the Chicken Massaman Curry with sticky rice. The curry was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, making it a standout dish. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent throughout our visit.
