“First time trying this restaurant after reading some very good reviews. Celebrating a wedding anniversary, we thought to try something different and it didn't disappoint. The food was delightful and varied with an abundance of different flavours. Can't fault the service at all with every dish explained by the servers. The atmosphere was very relaxed as well which also made it enjoyable.”

Loved it! The flavours conjured up were inspired. I mean a first course called Big Mac. And it tasted just like a Big Mac with a mix of the cheese, mayo, gherkin and tomato flavours with an amazing beef tartare. Wow. Every course was incredible. Go.

Absolutely superb! We had one of the best evenings at a restaurant we’ve ever had, and that’s all thanks to the staff, the service, the atmosphere and of course, last but not least, the food - thanks so much guys! The place is so full of character and it’s great. The music is loud (not too loud though) and the place is all black, but it’s so comfortable and such a nice place to relax in still. The staff, every single one of them, were unbelievable, some of the best service we’ve ever had. They explained the dishes with personality and passion, and spent the whole night chatting away and being attentive, smiling and enjoying it as they did. Hoenstly the staff and service made this night what it was and I can’t thank and rave about them enough. The food was of course sublime, with very unique and interesting flavour combinations that you won’t get to try anywhere else and for that reason this place is worth a visit at least once. The desserts were where this really shone, with a combinations of black garlic and chocolate, pumpkin, matcha and lime, and burnt apple and miso all being knockouts and a valiant end to a fabulous meal. Overall the food is undoubtedly up there, maybe not the absolute pinnacle, but definitely fun and very tasty.

A great restaurant in the Jewellery Quarter, with dishes that are beautifully cooked and well-seasoned. You can tell a lot of effort goes into the presentation as well as the food itself. The staff were attentive and took the time to explain each dish in detail, which was much appreciated. The standout dish for me was the scallop—by far the best I’ve ever had. It was perfectly grilled on the surface, yet soft inside, and the flavour was exceptional. However, the Wagyu beef was slightly disappointing, as it wasn’t as tender as I’d expect from A5 beef. The Big Mac (beef tartare) taste good but I personally things the crispy onion/ mushroom is a bit overpowered and make the beef itself taste less flavourful Overall, this is a very good restaurant with great value for money. I’ll definitely be returning to try their full course menu!

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had the pleasure of dining at Pasture, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The ambiance is warm, modern, and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed evening out. But what truly elevated our evening was the impeccable service from our waiter, Mo. Mo was an absolute gem—attentive without being overbearing, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely passionate about the food. His recommendations were spot on, and he made sure we were well taken care of throughout the night. He added a personal touch to our meal that made it all the more special. The food at Pasture was nothing short of spectacular. Every dish was artfully presented and bursting with flavor. The ingredients were fresh and thoughtfully sourced, and it’s clear that the kitchen takes great pride in crafting each plate with care and creativity. From the starters to the desserts, everything was perfection. If you’re looking for an exceptional dining experience, Pasture is a must-visit. And if you’re lucky enough to have Mo as your server, you’re in for an even more memorable night. We can’t wait to return!”

“Found this by chance when walked near the Victoria Town Hall. I saw good review on Google map and never regret with my decision to give a try and the influence of the good reviews. The lamb is super yummy, when I start eating I was doubting was I ordering a beef steak but it wasn’t, is lamb. I’m very impressed with the texture and the taste of the gravy. Excellent! The appetisers and snacks are all yummy and served in style. This is a place where you see the restaurant manager guiding the trainee students and they execute their role up to standard. I’m not sure who is the lady that guiding the trainees but I just very certain she is a great person to take care of the restaurant and the trainees. She oversees the overall services and the training. Impressive! And Appreciate!”

“Had a great time here, came for a Birthday meal. The atmosphere was nice and classy, would definitely need to dress up for this place. The mini starter buffet was a nice touch, they had all sorts of salads, breads and sauces. As for the mains couldn’t fault it, they had all sorts of meats, such as chicken sausages, steaks, chicken hearts (wasn’t for me) and can ask how well done you wanted the meats, there was a lot of variety even for the halal meats, it was good as they knew which ones were halal so they’d come to your table. The staff were lovely and accommodating, you could have unlimited meats, they had a card on your table and you can flip it if you wanted them to come to your table or not, it was a nice touch. The place is a bit on the pricier side however it was still a lovely experience.”

“A good hearty Italian experience, we had a reunion dinner for the four of us. Four starters, four mains, a side dish (courgettes) 👍🏻, some wine followed with a sharer dessert. The portions were a bit inconsistent, although fresh and flavoursome they were. Perhaps, we can enjoy our own specific personal preferences where particulars of the dishes in the way in which they can be served. The wines were likely the stars of the show, a little grumble that the dessert which arrived did not match the photo on the menu. All yummy just the same, however. We all had a lovely time with plenty of space to ourselves to move around comfortably during this midweek dining experience had in this modern Italian dining experience complete with pizza oven ‘al forno’. We came on our trip as a Birthday celebration back in fall 2024.”

“We attended at lunchtime, booking for my partner’s 40th. We were greeted warmly, and the service was exemplar from start to finish. The cocktails were delicious, as were the mocktails. The starting snacks were next level, especially the Parmesan crisp with mushroom mousse! The tasting 7 menu really wowed, the quail with smoked cashew, the halibut, and the venison were real standout dishes, but the blackberry dessert was next level - the word for that dessert is “exquisite”! We felt honoured to be the first to try the new dessert too! An extra nod of gratuity for being so careful about my shellfish allergy too, it is so appreciated. Thank you for an incredible afternoon - we have left full up and not stopped revelling in the experience since getting home.”

“We decided to book reservations here for our year anniversary. Having never dined here before I was really excited and it did not disappoint. We had trouble finding a car park space, so I called the restaurant and they were completely understanding. The waiter was amazing giving a fast, professional and friendly service. They were also very knowledgeable when pairing wines to my menu selections. We were seated in a cozy, intimate booth. The restaurant itself was clean, warm and had the perfect anniversary ambience. We will definitely be back!!!”
