Went 1st time tonight (Thai evening) the food was great thoroughly enjoyed it, professional friendly staff and great ambience, no negative comments must go back soon and try from the extensive evening (non Thai) menu
Visited this place very recently and as a vegan, was pleasantly surprised at the choices available. Very nice, welcoming staff who were so great at accommodating me with a 'veganised' chocolate fudge cake for dessert. Nice atmosphere as well. Would definitely visit again.
I swear the Steak & Ale pie is the best pie I’ve ever encountered - mind boggling in proportion, it’s a meal in its own right… and then you add in lovely mash and decent veg. Stopped for a family lunch for seven of us and not one bit of food failed to exceed expectations; the brisket burgers are massive, the pies amazing, even the sandwiches are great…. £145 for seven adult meals, drinks and a few desserts is amazing value. Lovely staff who were really attentive. If we’re over this way again it’s definitely getting another visit
We were recommended to eat at the Royal Oak and we were not disappointed. From calling to book a table, greeting, knowledge and friendliness of staff was exceptional. The food was really well presented and tasted amazing. Fish and Chips, Hunters Chicken and the Steak Pie was outstanding !! Thank you , we will be back.
Absolutely amazing food! Service is amazing, the staff are so lovely. The food is incredible and such an amazing selection, can’t wait to come back already.
