Warm, cosy and friendly pub. Probably the nicest of the 3 pubs in Bracebridge Heath from a decor and amenities perspective. I sat in a very comfortable wing-backed chair for a very good pint of Guinness. Probably the most expensive of the 3 pubs too but as a national chain this is probably expected. Very dog friendly the staff were very welcoming and social with my Cocker Spaniel; there were dog bowls and dog treats readily available too which was a great touch. I didn’t eat hence no review score for food.
Delicious food, great atmosphere and service although a smile or appreciation of tip would have been polite from the female server.
Great all round evening. Two course diner (Hake was great) for three of use, glass of wine. Friendly welcome and service. Will definitely be going again.
Have been here several times over quite a few years and been disappointed. Today, however, as a New Year treat gave it another chance and had a great meal. It wasn't overly busy which surprised me but food and service were top notch. Will be back!!!
It was early morning, I and my husband went for a breakfast. The food was simple but so fresh and delicious! The porcions was big. Service was very welcoming and friendly. Atmosphere was amazing! Brilliant pub! We will definitely come again.
