Friendly welcoming I visited with my friend. Excellent customer service. The food was delicious and there was lots of it. Very generous portions, would recommend this restaurant. It's good to note that the bread and dips e.g hummus come with the mains as well as the salad and rice. Baklava and Turkish tea complimented on the house. Thankyou we will be back

We were in Epping Forrest looking for a good place to eat delicious food. Luna kitchen popped up as the top rated. We werent dissappointed. The food was delicious and the service good. We highly recommend the stop.

Wifey and I originally visited this place within the first few days of the "soft opening" that the team had planned on but were inundated by the locals craving a decent eatery in the area. As a result I held off submitting a review until we visited some time later to ensure a reflective review albeit the food at our first visit was excellent. Finally we managed to return the other day. This time with our in-laws and despite it being moderately busy on a Wednesday night they were able to fit us in without having booked. The food was as good as we remember, the service is top notch. Now fully trained and experienced. Between us we had the meat pizza, penne pasta, mushroom risotto and calves liver in red wine which was on the "specials" menu. Wifey had the apple pie for desert which came with strawberries on it. Unfortunately she is allergic so they took it back without question and cooked a fresh portion in the pizza oven for her. All in all a very nice meal and at the price you'd expect so. My one tiny criticism is that, initially, the background music was much too loud and in your face. It did drop in volume as the evening went on.

Attentive staff, peroni lager on tap. Nice big selection of foods. Portions ok, not too much and naturally not too small compared to some Italian restaurants in London. Busy Sunday afternoon, though seating was available. Plenty of car parking by the side of the establishment. Lots of tables.

From the moment I received a thoughtful call to confirm my 18:30 booking for 22 guests, I knew we were in for a professional and well managed experience. Although only 18 of us were able to attend, the hospitality we received from Primo Piatto exceeded all expectations and then some. The customer service: 10/10 🌟 Absolutely impeccable. The staff were warm, attentive, and accommodating from the very beginning. A special mention to a lovely young lady who patiently walked both our tables through the menu, passionately describing the specials, and a kind gentleman who I believe, based on our receipt, may have been named Marchello who was equally attentive and helpful. Their genuine enthusiasm added a beautiful personal touch to our evening. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with stunning aesthetics that struck the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. The restaurant was immaculately clean, the cutlery clean and the entire place had a vibrant yet relaxed vibe perfect for a large group dinner. Now, the food… oh, the food! From the starters to the mains and right through to dessert, every dish was a showstopper. The calamari was a particular hit at our tables fresh, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. I also ordered a beautiful Salmone Alla Griglia delicious 😋 The presentation, portion sizes, and most importantly, the taste were absolutely flawless. Not a crumb was left behind a true testament to the skill and love coming out of the kitchen. Massive kudos to the chefs! Our group’s bill came to £583.18, and let me tell you every single penny was worth it. Primo Piatto delivered a five-star dining experience from start to finish, and I genuinely cannot wait to return. To the entire team at Primo Piatto THANK YOU! 🌟

Both the pasta and pizza here were great, good variety on offer across the menu. Service here was top tier, 3 different waiters served us and were all authentic and genuinely kind. Gave us the extra dessert when they accidentally brought out 2 on the house which is always a nice touch. Look forward to visiting again some time.

Have passed here plenty of times, took the plunge and wow blew us away, no regrets, the food was excellent, service was friendly and spot on. Still has features of a public house which adds to the atmosphere. The atmosphere was great, pianists in background. Parking available out back, will certainly be visiting again, Thank you for a great evening.

Second time here now but after waiting a long time between visits I'm sure we will now be back much sooner. The atmosphere is great and when you walk in, even though it's an old pub, the decor really does make you feel like you've stepped into Cuba. The Tapas menu isn't huge but there are many other items on the menu that I now want to come back and try, particularly the Paella which we saw being delivered to another table. We stuck to the Tapas this time and every dish was lovely, in particular the Jalapeños stuffed with feta (which aren't on the menu) ask nicely and you shall receive 😁 The portion sizes are good and the prices are fair for Tapas. There were plenty of staff who were all friendly and helpful, in particular our main waitress who I didn't get the name of but had an English accent and was quite young and was super friendly and welcoming. There were a couple of mistakes but they actually only enhanced our meal 😂 All in all a lovely meal and to top it off there was live music from a wonderful young pianist.

Fabulous little restaurant to have on our doorstep -great value, wonderful food, lovely atmosphere and brilliant service. We used to travel up to Ware/Hertford all the time for a decent meal - so glad we rediscovered this place. Try to pop along at least every month if we can

Fantastic birthday meal here. Chicken liver tapas to start followed by pescado. Absolutely delicious. Couldn’t fault the food, service or atmosphere. Well done to all involved!

We went for a family breakfast this morning for my 4 year olds birthday and I had my teenage daughters with me. We were served by Yaren and they did the most amazing birthday surprise for my son! Not only did they play the “it’s my birthday” song, the brought my son a pancake with berry’s and cream, with a sparkler and they also let off a popper and confetti went everywhere. It was such a nice touch. The food was out of this world and my boy at the end said “this is the best birthday”. We will be back again very soon, thank you x

I tried this restaurant, having seen it a few times on my travels to post ny applications for the Krypton Factor. It was early and quiet when I entered, probably explaining the 3 stars for the atmosphere. The staff were all very polite and I couldn't fault the service. I had the Calamari for starters. Although very well presented, I felt that it could have been deep fried for a bit longer for a better crisp on the batter. Because of this, it felt soggy when I picked it up to dippy dip in the tartare sauce. I ordered the 10oz ribeye steak at £27.50 a portion. Although expensive, I have to say that it was the best tasting steak that I have had for many years. I even felt the need to compliment the chef toboot. Served with chips didn't work for me. They weren't nice chips anyway. Served with potatoes would have been better, in my opinion. The whole of the menu is overpriced, but that is the times that we suffer these days. My meal for two had 2 starters, 2 main courses. 2 pints of draught and a glass of wine. The cost was £101.00 inclusive of a service charge. Be careful. It seems that as of late, restaurants seem to automatically add a service charge of 10% to the bill. This charge seems to be voluntary in most cases, a liberty me thinks. Check your bill before you pay. A tip should always be up to the customers' will not enforced. A party of 2 gets served the same way as a party of 8, yet the 8 pay a higher service charge than the 2 because of a higher bill. Check your bill before you pay, folks... Just to add. I did not quibble the charge on this occasion because the service was exceptional. Parking around the area normally comes with a charge, but if eating there after 18:30, you can parke around the back in the Tesco parking bays for free.

Food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Ingredients were all fresh and so tasty. Little one had something off the kids menu and got an adult sized juice with the food, which you don't usually get elsewhere. The portions were generous too. We did not have to wait long at all for our meal. The waitresses were all very friendly and kind. I cannot wait to come back again. C

Huseyin is one of the friendliest people I have met in Cheshunt. I have really not been well recently and I treated myself to a celebratory waffle and primary school cake. I even had some takeaway ice cream on another occasion. I feel safe in this place. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars across the board is sometimes the music is a bit loud for me. Being autistic sensory stuff is quite hard, but the place is more made for younger people to hang out so goes with the vibe. I love the decor and all the people I have spoken to have been super friendly. Highly commend. And tasty food.

I had my son’s 6th birthday party at blossom lounge and it was a perfect day. The kids food was very nice. The kids loved it! They loved their desserts even more. The desserts were beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Mums and dads were happy too with so much choice on the menu for drinks and food/deserts if they fancied it. The owners are so lovely and very hospitable. They made us feel very welcomed and we were well looked after by the staff. All in all a lovely place for all ages and very friendly attentive staff and delicious wafffles and pancakes . We will definitely be back soon. Thanks blossom lounge for having us.

This place is so unassuming, but honestly I have enjoyed some of the finest food I've ever had in my life tonight - astounding! Fantastic service, wonderful atmosphere, beautifully decorated restaurant with a great selection of courses to eat, I'm honestly so impressed, you'd never expect to find this underneath a Travelodge! 10/10

Stunning food, high end dining at pub prices. Genuinely one of the nicest meals we’ve had in a very long time and certainly best value for money. We opted for the Express Menu which was £14.50 each for 2 courses and we also got complimentary dips and pita bread which was a lovely surprise! And all the staff were super lovely and attentive. Wish we lived closer, we’d definitely be regulars. If you’re staying at the Travelodge next door, make sure you go here for dinner

I've been visiting this restaurant quite a while, and I always have unforgettable dining experience. The food is too delicious, flavorful, mouthwatering grilled salmon, irresistible green juicy salad, crispy & soft falafel and exceptional friendly service. Hatsoff to the cheff that every single dish was a perfect blend of taste, ambiance, and hospitality, and leaves you craving more & more. Don't miss it! Last but not least, an aromatic flavor of Turkish tea is worthevery penny!

Lovely restaurant. Nicely decorated, plenty of seating. Disabled parking at the front of the restaurant, and ample parking across the road. Restrooms are clean. This place offers a lunchtime menu as well as a evening menu. The pricing is reasonable. Mostly grilled meats, couscous and rice. Lots of salads, breads and various dips are on offer. The portions are generous. There are vegan and vegetarian dishes available. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend it.

Children changed Resturant booking last min for Mother’s Day. Kervansaray were extremely accommodating to the requirements. Despite being overbooked managed to seat us on one of the best tables. Fantastic service, attention paid to both presentation and taste. The food was aesthetically pleasing & mouth watering delicious. Highly recommend the hot mezze, lamb liver, mussakka, chops and sharing platter. Authentic Turkish cuisine in a family oriented setting.

Great spot! Lovely to sit outside, lots of grass and a play structure for kids. Food was good and served quickly. I can't comment on the inside as I didn't go in myself. You order by scanning a QR code on the table into an app that you need to download first. There is wifi for this. However you have to go in to get your own cutlery and napkins etc. The waiters will only bring the food to the table that's it. Would definitely go back to try more!
