This is a really beautiful restaurant with lovely food. We visited one Sunday evening for dinner, and it was a great experience. The decor was amazing, the food was excellent and the portions weren't small either. We had a couple of cocktails, which I thought were a bit too sweet, so I will probably get a Peroni next time as I'd love to come back here for lunch.

Wifey and I originally visited this place within the first few days of the "soft opening" that the team had planned on but were inundated by the locals craving a decent eatery in the area. As a result I held off submitting a review until we visited some time later to ensure a reflective review albeit the food at our first visit was excellent. Finally we managed to return the other day. This time with our in-laws and despite it being moderately busy on a Wednesday night they were able to fit us in without having booked. The food was as good as we remember, the service is top notch. Now fully trained and experienced. Between us we had the meat pizza, penne pasta, mushroom risotto and calves liver in red wine which was on the "specials" menu. Wifey had the apple pie for desert which came with strawberries on it. Unfortunately she is allergic so they took it back without question and cooked a fresh portion in the pizza oven for her. All in all a very nice meal and at the price you'd expect so. My one tiny criticism is that, initially, the background music was much too loud and in your face. It did drop in volume as the evening went on.

Attentive staff, peroni lager on tap. Nice big selection of foods. Portions ok, not too much and naturally not too small compared to some Italian restaurants in London. Busy Sunday afternoon, though seating was available. Plenty of car parking by the side of the establishment. Lots of tables.

From the moment I received a thoughtful call to confirm my 18:30 booking for 22 guests, I knew we were in for a professional and well managed experience. Although only 18 of us were able to attend, the hospitality we received from Primo Piatto exceeded all expectations and then some. The customer service: 10/10 🌟 Absolutely impeccable. The staff were warm, attentive, and accommodating from the very beginning. A special mention to a lovely young lady who patiently walked both our tables through the menu, passionately describing the specials, and a kind gentleman who I believe, based on our receipt, may have been named Marchello who was equally attentive and helpful. Their genuine enthusiasm added a beautiful personal touch to our evening. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with stunning aesthetics that struck the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. The restaurant was immaculately clean, the cutlery clean and the entire place had a vibrant yet relaxed vibe perfect for a large group dinner. Now, the food… oh, the food! From the starters to the mains and right through to dessert, every dish was a showstopper. The calamari was a particular hit at our tables fresh, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. I also ordered a beautiful Salmone Alla Griglia delicious 😋 The presentation, portion sizes, and most importantly, the taste were absolutely flawless. Not a crumb was left behind a true testament to the skill and love coming out of the kitchen. Massive kudos to the chefs! Our group’s bill came to £583.18, and let me tell you every single penny was worth it. Primo Piatto delivered a five-star dining experience from start to finish, and I genuinely cannot wait to return. To the entire team at Primo Piatto THANK YOU! 🌟

Both the pasta and pizza here were great, good variety on offer across the menu. Service here was top tier, 3 different waiters served us and were all authentic and genuinely kind. Gave us the extra dessert when they accidentally brought out 2 on the house which is always a nice touch. Look forward to visiting again some time.
