Just had a lovely lunch sitting outside in the sunshine at this lovely little pub. A very well poured pint of cold Guinness by a charming bar girl. Delicious hand thick cut ham on a fresh soft ciabatta with English mustard. Very clean interior, very friendly service, very reasonable prices, can highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Lovely well run pub, sensational setting, sensational food, sensational service. Dog friendly. Best quality roast dinner I have had for a long time. Good range of proper cask ales and friendly staff
Nice little place, our booking was nowhere to be found, but staff were very helpful and was all sorted out. Lovely roast dinner with full selection of vegetables. Normally do the dog sitting swap at Sth Mimms, will go here in future. Could be busy in the summer I guess, due to location
Very good country pub, with great atmosphere and service. Suitable for everyone. Good range of beers, lagers and other alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Food also very good. Cosy in the winter months, great location as summer pub.
