Decided to try here after seeing that the 2 course lunch menu was extended to Sunday nights as well , good time to try a new place out with a special offer in my opinion . We arrived at 7pm and there were only 2 other people in the restaurant at the time so no atmosphere . No one else came in whilst we were there . Dining room was nicely done out though smaller than I had envisaged . Staff were pleasant . We ordered duck and pancakes as an extra course and that came first , all very nice . We were told that the starter and main course came together which I didn’t quite understand until the food came . Prawn toast came on the same plate as my chicken and ginger which came sat in a bed of lettuce ( bit odd) rice came in a bowl , all tasted nice . Husband had a bowl of soup on the same plate as his curry in a bowl and rice so had to eat the soup quick before the curry went cold , any way all the food was served very hot and was tasty so I would go back
Absolutely amazing family run venue with friendly staff (Jess and Kin were great), the best quality Chinese food for miles around and great entertainment this evening with a traditional Chinese Lion dance for Chinese New Year. I would give 6 stars if I could 🙌🏼
Absolutely amazing! Food, service and deco. Went last night for my birthday and everything was perfect. The food is exciting and exceptional. We weren’t rushed, drinks were flowing and the perfect amount of interaction from staff. I have no doubt that pretty soon we will not be able to get a booking for weeks in advance. Well done
Went here for an anniversary meal recently having heard positive things from a friend. We definitely weren't disappointed. Staff are friendly and very customer focused and the food was delicious. A particular favourite was the duck with orange and pomegranate. The prices are not cheap but the quality is high and reasonable for what you get. We ended up with far too much food and they bagged it all up for us to take home.
Had a visit here for dinner, and I can say that the service was amazing as I felt very welcomed. The food was great - some highlights being the unique Momo Pancakes with duck and the Wasabi Prawn. I had a great time with my family and our dinner was pleasantly finished with some delicious ice-cream. Would definitely go again!
