Always superb food, very friendly service and sensibly priced. Here's my personal fave, poached eggs, avocado, an extra slice of toast and a flat white. Highly recommended

I recently visited this coffee shop and was blown away by the quality of their coffee and food. The espresso was rich and flavorful, and the latte art was a beautiful touch. My partner lives nearby so we occasionally pop in to Rootz for a morning coffee or breakfast. Service is always really friendly and the lovely food is prepared to order. Their vegetarian breakfast makes a great start to the day, while my partner really likes the full English. They also have a nice selection of arts and crafts for sale. It can be a little busy on weekend mornings but you can usually find a table. Rootz is definitely a far nicer option than the branch of a certain large national franchise down the road.
