Amazing private tuition centre. My son has has improved his Science and Maths subjects immensely. He has improved in all areas of his subjects that he is studying. We recently went to his parents evening and all the teachers noticed major improvements on his cycle assessments. This is has improved his confidence and learning in Year 10 and for essential preparation for crucial Year 11 GCSE's exams. We couldnt be more appreciative of the work at Kip McGrath, as he home studying wasn't helpful and easily distracted with modern technology.

If you're looking for a superb tutor then I can highly recommend Kip McGrath Queensbury. Ryan, Karen and the team are excellent. My son was lacking in confidence with his maths but the tutors were brilliant and I have been amazed how much he has flourished. So much so he has applied for A level maths after he leaves school.

Me & my wife Sarah can’t praise Kip McGrath enough for all the help they gave our daughter Holly. We signed her up to build her confidence for her Year 6 SAT’s to ease the stress of it all and feel more comfortable when they came around. Ryan is incredible, Holly really enjoyed how he taught the lessons & he identified what area she needed to build on. Well what can I say about Charlotte, she is a caring, enthusiastic, motivated, lovely human being and that is clear to see in the work that she does which shows how passionate she is about providing the best education for children to learn and improve academically. Charlotte has a unique skill in helping children achieve and become more confident in their own ability, I can say this because my own child has received support from her service and has come on leaps and bounds. If you’re seeking a tutor to support your child with the grammar school entrance exam, I’d 100 percent recommend Jack at Tutor First. Jack provided a complimentary session to assess if our son had the academic ability for the school and exam, midway through year three. We decided to commence sending our son to Jack for one hour a week from the start of year four. Initially, Jack supported our son with foundation work, with a particular focus on handwriting. Most importantly he built a great rapport with our son. Jack’s approach was very tailored and he was also very good at advising how we could support our son at home too. Over the past two years, there’s never been lots of homework or pressure, just constant support and encouragement. Even in the weeks nearing the exam, it was very relaxed. What impressed me the most, besides Jack’s ability to understand his students, was his commitment to mental health support and creating an inclusive, supportive and fun community. With Jack’s support our son met the standard required for the grammar school.
