We started at Explore Learning in Woking in October 2024 because our daughter was struggling with Maths and English in Year 3. She attends once a week, and the flexibility is fantastic. The website makes it easy to change lessons if needed, so you never lose a session. Kim and Emma are super encouraging and friendly, and all the tutors are approachable and engaging. After nearly six months of additional learning, our daughter was recently named the "most improved student in class this term" at her parents' evening, which we believe is partly due to the support from Explore Learning in Woking.

I can’t recommend Explore Learning more highly. My experience so far is of a place that builds confidence, offers tailored support in small groups, is flexible, understanding and nurturing. With regular progress meetings, and parent portals you can keep track of any areas which need more help, as well as access additional learning for home. Aim Higher has honestly been one of the most helpful teaching experiences that I have ever had. At the start of my first year in 6th form I was struggling with my A level Mathematics, and decided that tuition would be helpful. Initially expecting the typical homework setting tuition experience, I was pleasantly surprised by a structured, and well thought out teaching plan to guide me through the course. Whilst learning at school is great, often it can feel rather impersonal and distant. For me this created difficulty as I personally work much better with a more direct and personal teaching style. AHTS provides a tailored and flexible tuition style and I feel that not only did it greatly help with my academic grades, but also facillitated the development of core skills such as time management, the ability to structure and space out work, and generally grow my ability to work as an independent learner.
